Bed is sunken in old

Je trouve le prix cher pour une nuit et la qualité de l’hôtel. Mais les personnes à la réception sont bien accueillant. Aussi, ce qui m’a un peu déplu c’est que lors de la réservation, il y avait mention de déjeuner continental. Je m’attendais à du céréales ou des toasts comme dans bien des hôtels où nous sommes allé. À la réception on m’a dit que c’était du «  grab n go ». L’hôtel offrait seulement des trucs sucrés comme des barres tendres et des donuts. Heureusement nous avions fait une épicerie au Hanna pas loin de l’hôtel pour déjeuner quelque chose de mieux.

No maintenance has been done in quite a while. Everything looks old, lamp on the bathroom ceiling was falling, door was deteriorated…

In all honesty I regret not reading the reviews for this place on google. To start when we were shown our room it was immediately obvious that the walls were water damaged along with the ceiling. After putting our stuff down I went to look the door and realized there was a finding Nemo bandaid over the peephole on the door. The floor was covered in stains and there was an awful smell that hung in the air. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We got a room with two queens. Both beds were stiff as a board and some how also lumpy. Luckily we brought our own pillows because the ones provided were awful. The bathroom door would stick when closed and the light fixtures in the bathroom were on the verge of falling apart. The only good thing was the water pressure. The continental breakfast consisted of prepackaged food and coffee. The prepackaged food was just granola bars and mini muffins. Despite there being many signs that said no smoking our whole floor smelled like weed. To top it all off I he building is incredibly inaccessible. My fiancé has to use a crutch and struggle with getting around during our stay. The only way to get to any of the rooms was via stairs. I knew when booking there was no elevator but I figured even if we were on the first floor he would be able to get around. But nope you have to go down stairs to get to the first floor. They provide handicap parking but as soon as you come in through the side door you are met with stairs.

It was a basic average setup with minimum things you need. Bathroom was small like only person can stand. There was mild smell of cigarette in the room. Location wise it was good and very close to the mall

When I made my reservation, I was a bit worried. Frankly, there were some awful reviews and some of those were documented with photos. Still, I forged ahead and crossed my fingers. What I found was better than expected. The exterior and area are fine. This Inn, like so many others, houses a fair number of people who are "in transit" but I experienced no problems at all. I found the hotel quiet and in decent shape. True, the paint, carpets, and furnishings badly need to be refreshed but my room was acceptable and far better than some dives I've seen. I would return.

I chose this hotel for the price ($160+) and its close proximity to the airport for a 6am flight. Basically a place to sleep. OMG. We were put on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in a room that smelled like urine. I opened the windows but they had no screens (plenty of cobwebs). The halls all smelled like pot. Moldy disgusting pink bathtub. No shower for me! The room door itself was warped. Took 2 of us to get it opened, especially from the inside! The bed was not comfortable, but the sheets were cleaned.

The worst part of our overnight stay was when we were leaving. We opened the door and on the bottom of the door there was a cockroach crawling up the door. The odor was very unpleasant when we entered the building but our room appeared to be fairly clean but not where it should have been. Otherwise it was quiet and the staff was nice and helpful. There wasn't anyone at the front desk or I would have brought this to their attention.

Check-in guy was friendly wasn’t expecting much considering it’s 85 bucks a night, but the customers seem to be people that don’t have jobs if you know what I’m saying up all night

The staff was great but the shower kept overfilling with dirty water. The bathroom door never closed and the hot tub/pool closed at 10pm. I appreciate that it is family owned but it needs a face lift

Desk clerk pleasant. Rooms are clean but hotel in general needs upgrades.

Not the best looking room, the shower was a pain to turn on and off.

Had cockroaches in our hotel room. The room smelled really bad so did the hallway of the hotel
