Front desk clerk by the name of Crystal was extremely unprofessional. My wife and I have been visiting this establishment for over 20 years. Being said we have absolutely loved this location in the way we were treated never had a complaint but this last visit we decided to go for our anniversary. There are several things to discuss that we were not happy with but the bottom line was we should not have had to sit and wait to allow not one not two not three but four patrons that were also arriving check in in front of us all the while, we had been there long before those arriving guest. I understand it was crowded and people were arriving to check in however, they had not been waiting in the waiting lobby as we had been for quite a while. Guest would arrive walk up to the check-in counter. They were allowed to check in and taken to their room all the while Crystal was quite aware of the fact we were still waiting for our room as stated this happened multiple times and we’re told we will be next, however that did not take place until the lobby had been cleared out and there was no other patrons to check in. Crystal approached myself and my wife and stated I’m sorry it just got really busy. I responded back with. Yes I completely understand that, but what you did was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional we have been waiting long before them. You were aware of that however you chose to assist several guest, knowing we were waiting and have been for quite sometime. Her res

This hotel is very nice, quiet, clean and over all superb. I was looking for a ALL ADULT hotel for a while and this is the winner. Particularly KRISTAL she is the best!! She is going out of her way to be nice and accommodated your needs.

Bed was very comfortable. The ambiance is amazing. Room decorations - well done, staged well. The electric car charging stations are close by.

We love everything about this hotel. Karl is incredibly friendly, as is Benjamin. We’ve stayed here 5 times, each in a different room, and all have been fantastic. Kid free. Thursday is street market and free Modern museum days-just FYI.

The Andreas is literally one of the best hidden gems in Palm Springs. Great little boutique hotel in downtown Palm Springs. Amazing every time we have stayed there.

I booked the junior suite and it was OK… I don’t like the fact that there are no outside windows except a couple that are on the courtyard side, but still very dark. There was construction going on in the building which started early in the morning, so that was little inconvenient… And I was not happy with the bed. Very soft for my liking. But, the staff was great and very helpful and very accommodating…

Our favorite little getaway! Location is perfect with a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The place is always calm and quiet. Candy station, fresh lemon water, and a small to go breakfast is available. If need any help or suggestions for places to visit, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The spa is nice and reasonable too! Can't wait to go back

What wonderful find! Every staff member was helpful & welcoming. From our registration w/ Nickie, Nubia, Karl & housekeeping! We were given a tour when we arrived, provided info on the property & shown the common areas. The hotel is immaculate. The pool is cleaned every day, all common areas are super clean. They have coffee & a continental breakfast with a box full of breakfasts items. We will return.

We had a great experience from the time we checked in at the front desk. Kristal (front desk agent) is very friendly and accommodating. The room we had stayed in is very clean and relaxing. Overall, this hotel is a great choice not only because of its nice location from downtown Palm Springs , but also their employees are very friendly

Great location, right by downtown. The hotel has an exit, entrance that leads out to downtown where all the shops and restaurants are. We didn’t realize but this hotel is adults only which was great. No kids in the pool or jacuzzi, such a relaxing time. Our Room was really nice it was on the pool floor, the room comes with a big walk in shower that has a bench. It also come with a jacuzzi tub, which 2 people fit perfect. The pool is nothing fancy around 12 lounge chairs and couple of umbrellas. The pool bar is just a small room with a sliding window where you order drinks and food nothing too special. Pool bar drinks can be consumed by the pool but no outside food or drinks, which sucks if you have your own drinks. The rooms come with a fridge and a kurig coffee maker, the fridge has sodas and water in there that you can drink but are not free, but you can store your drinks in it. Over all great location, nice hotel very relaxing.

The property is clean and cozy with great extras like the coffee bar and candy bar. We were greeted by Karl who was super professional, friendly, and helpful and it set the tone for our 3 night stay. The Jr Suite was lovely with nice little touches including a thank card, robes and mints on the bed upon arrival. The music that is played in the pool area creates a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Loved everything about it! Thank you Andreas Hotel staff and setting🌟
