stay is horrible. everytime i leave room i have to get a new key locks me out..i will get a new key at front desk. then go straight to room. key wont work again. maid service never came. and was charged for a 3 night stay i never checked in for . 300 bucks and didnt stay at. then when i checked in next day on new reservation its more then what i agreed to. room has fleas in the beds...itched all the time in room. very poor...

Stayed here for one night on my way to Zion. Quick and convenient, clean room and friendly staff. And nice that they have restaurants on site for convenient places to eat. I'd certainly stay again!

Each visit i have here its always the tvs i wish the tvs and channel reception would be upgraded .

Very disappointed had stay here years ago and was great rooms were clean and well kept, this time the room felt extremely outdated and felt like I agreed to a one star hotel the main light would strobe the entire time it was on the TV was falling off the wall and only played static when looking around room the areas near the desk and wardrobe there was still old food same was found near head of the bed seemed like the maid service only vacuumed the main floor for appearance, we also went swimming pool area to use hot tub and found it was an ice box no heat and was as cold swimming pool, I would not recommend this place unless you don’t care about your stay and just need a room to sleep

It’s a solid hotel for the use

Definitely get what you pay for! It is old, stinks bad, in an inconvenient location from anything Vegas. King sized bed with 2 tiny pillows and the front desk (once they finally answered) acted like I was asking for a free stay or something when all we wanted was a couple extra pillows!

There was a stale cigarette smell to the casino area. Bathroom has no fan or ventilation so i made the entire room stink. Fresh air was at a premium.

I was here two weeks a go and the jacizzi sas ice cold, I asked the front desk if it was working and was told no not yet and was given a long story.

Everything was good

Need game upgrade more cheap dinning better channels room service would be great free play or some kind of give away when you check in would be awesome.

TVs need upgading

I reserved the king-sized bed.That's not what I got the room.Smells like stail cigarettes, The hot tub didn't work and made us get out early

Friendly staff

My Only issue is that I wanted to use the jacuzzy, there were no towels available so we went to the Front desk and they give us two. But when I went into the jacuzzy the water was so cold just soaked my feet and got out. no one could use it.

I had to check out two days earlier. I have a one-year-old, and the pungent smell of cigarette smoke on entry into the building up to the 6th floor was unbearable and worrisome. The carpets were too dirty; you couldn't walk in your own room barefoot.

Nice staff, rooms were clean. Lots of road noise and dining options limited.

No notice regarding signifcant construction prohibiting normal access for hotel baggage drop off... you were required to park a significant distance away without assistance...too many better options in the area...hard pass ...

Checked in April 7th- did not get rooms cleaned or any fresh towels until April 10th. Phoned to front desk April 9th for clean towels and were told no one was there until 9:30am to give towels. Explained I need to be up and ready to leave hotel each morning at 8:00 am of my stay and couldn’t wait till 9:30 am. TV didn’t work. Coffee maker in room, but wasn’t refill coffee supplies until 3rd day. I would NEVER recommend this hotel or book again
