飯店很新、設計很時尚，地點也很不錯。但我覺得服務可以再加強。 我們連住四個晚上，完全沒有要求house keeping, 只要求補充房內的咖啡膠囊, 讓我們能有杯早餐咖啡…. 櫃檯一開始說沒貨, 然後又催了好幾次才送來…..我們只是想在房間泡杯早餐咖啡，對一個4星級飯店，這樣的要求並不過份吧？

Beautiful hotel! So happy I found this gem. Walkable to museums, restaurants, cafes. Parking across the street in garage that seemed very safe. Very clean hotel- rooms clean and modern. Quiet rooms- slept like a dream. Loved this hotel. Will be staying again.

It was too crowd and noisy.

Rooms are very comfortable. Different window coverings should be considered. Our room was 942, it was not convenient to have the shades up for day light and to get dressed. The restaurant was quite good with excellent service.

Clean and very comfortable bed. Able to easily walk to the Capitol, Smithsonian and the Mall.

We booked a "city view" room but the view was the street and building next door. The cafe in the lobby had pretty good food and drinks. The bar upstairs had a fun vibe but drinks were pricey at about $20 each. The location was nice at about 1/4 mile from the metro. We asked for fresh towels one evening because they didnt clean our room but the towels never came. Overall, it was a decent hotel but not outstanding.

The terrace was great, but the staff set this place apart they were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Thank you so much for a great stay. Alex and AZ

I loved the restaurant Arrels, and the room design. Our stay was wonderful!!

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and staff went above/ & beyond. Super nice and in great location. Will definitely stay again. Cool rooftop bar/pool as well

Great hotel, will be back!

Chic modern hotel, vary comfortable! A bit small but nice room features like great full size shower gel and lotion. There were also classes like yoga but missed. There's a rooftop pool but it was so crowded. Note the parking garage not part of hotel, was around the corner a bit of a hassle. Also nice that guests are given $15 discounts but can only use at rooftop. I tried to use it for breakfast the morning I checked out but shocked unable to use it. Also the cafe was so unpleasant and staff ignored me foe nearly 5 minutes!

Well designed hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Located in a good area. The hotel is well kept and the employees were very helpful. They also provide affordable overnight parking options near by.
