James is a horrible manager.

James, the manager, is racist.

I appreciated the short stay I had at this location. The staff was very professional, courteous and communicative. The location was kept clean, and certain things like the bathroom/sinks/extra commodes setup was well thought out.

El lugar está bien, más tengo dos quejas , cuando reserva nunca te dicen que te van a mezclar con hombres, y el señor que limpia entra ala habitación sin tocar y dice que el entra cuando le plazca, y ni para ponerte ropa puedes poner seguro ala puerta, el se molesta.

The hotels.com email said to expect entry instructions 72 hours before the stay. This did not happen. I tried calling numerous times but was stuck outside the locked gate for a long time in a sketchy neighborhood. Once I finally got in touch with the caretaker he acted like I was the one inconveniencing him. They do not have any designated area to secure bags. They have small lockers that could fit a small purse, but you need to provide your own lock. None of this was on the website. There was a sketchy guy on the bottom bunk. The toilets are definitely not to code - there is not enough space around them to even sit with the door closed.

Property was modern and decorated nice. Reminds me of hostels in Hawaii. I stayed in a room with 3 bunk beds, so not much walking room and only 2 long staying roommates. I got in after midnight and was let in by ringing the doorbell, fell asleep within 20 min. And headed to the airport by 7am so great for a few hours stay. I do not know about the shower, fridge, cooking, mingling situation. But it’s better than a $210+ stay by the airport for just the night!

Staff is very attentive.

Very nice hostel a few minutes walk from Allapattah metro station. Near the shop. Inside clean, hostel well-kept, there is an equipped kitchen, dining room and garden.

If you keep in mind it is a hostel, you will be pleased. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel resort experience, you will be disappointed... and you're dumb... it is a hostel. The manager is pleasant and extremely accomodating. It is generally quiet and i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

u share the house and rooms with other ppl. Will not give you a refund for whatever your reason is. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The listing and description for this location is misleading. Nowhere on the Expedia page stated this is a hostel stay. I called in to see if any lockers were offered for luggages and they confirmed didn't have lockers big enough for luggages. I did not bother to stay at this location.

Nice place, clean, safe

It's a quiet place. The staff, Chris and Mateus, are very helpful. They go an extra mile in order to provide you a nice experience.
