Going through renovation but details such caulking and fitting are neglected and need attention. I liked my stay and would come again for the ambiance, lobby, bistro and smiling faces.

We could not have selected a better place for quality, price, location, amenities etc. We thought there were excellent options to eat nearby, close to subway which is a super convenient option and we thought clean. We also felt very safe in the area. Would return here again! We had a corner room and LOVED it. Thank you!

Nice hotel in UWS.

Property is pretty good.. stayed here more than a few times so far...the only thing I have noticed in this trip is that we got our suite facing the street and it was pretty loud through the night well into early morning. But we were able to sleep well as moving kid into a dorm is quite tiring 😜...Other than that inconvenience..everything else is perfect! I really love the helpfulness of the door men. They are really incredible .

Great stay with an amazing restaurant, if you're scared of elevators beware ours malfunctioned twice

A favorite when staying in the Upper West Side. The 1 train is a two block walk, and can get you anywhere you need to go. There’s a CVS next door for convenience, a grocery store down the street, and countless eateries within 1-2 blocks. Oh, and the beds are really comfy. :)

Ótimo custo benefício. Bem localizado. Banheiro Box, pressão do chuveiro não é muito boa, mas no geral foi muito bom. Limpeza ok , achei a cama bem confortável.

Property was very nice and clean. Breakfast bar was good. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and are well sound proofed. One of the quietest NY hotel stays we have had. Were surprised how early the bar closed at night. No real opportunity for drinks back at the hotel after being out for theatre or late dinner. We stayed in one of the penthouse suites and were a little disappointed with the outside balcony. It was right underneath the air conditioner fans for the building and so wasn’t convenient for sitting outside. Overall a very nice hotel with just a few things that could go better.

The property was good the only thing was the elevator

The property is nice, but I encounter three issues: 1. We flew in from California so we are bound to sleep in late. So being situated by the elevators, the noises were really loud around 8-10am. I wish I could have a room that is further away from the elevator. 2. Similar to issue 1, the wall is very thin, I can hear the neighbor in the morning, and the he evening. 3. I was told that coffee was served till 3pm, but it was incorrect, coffee was only served till 11am on Saturdays.

Thin walls, a little beaten up, no fridge.
