床窄房间小，高层海景房的唯一亮点是海景视野开阔，在房间就可见日落大海，景色非常好。其他住宿条件就要将就了。

Good

I am very happy to stay in such a historic hotel. It is very convenient to eat, walk, play at the beach, and surf near the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Because it is very convenient, the environment is a bit noisy. But it does not affect the mood of the whole holiday at all. If I come next time, I will still choose this hotel.

Comfortable, no frills, and a great location right across from Kuhio Beach. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Grab a beverage from the store downstairs and enjoy the unobstructive view from your lanai. We always stay here!

Nice enough hotel right across the beach. Room was pretty tight for two beds; shower is awkward. Okay for two nights, would not stay longer.

What a location!! The views were awesome. The person who checked me in at the front desk was lovely. (Ron maybe?). Loved it.

From check in the man checking us in was so rude and disrespectful he act like it was a bother to help us check in wooden. Let us know about parking. We had to wait till the next day to speak to someone else. Luckily, they helped us out a little bit more still didn’t have information about parking I had to park three blocks away then on our third day we finally got parking for the last two nights. they couldn’t figure out how much our bill was due to the fact that we gave a deposit before arriving when we booked so they were very off and unprofessional about how much we still owe to overcharge trying to shame me and ask me how much cash I had on me, which is none of their business so I said none and the guy was like who goes on vacation with no cash. I feel like only housekeeping was the best person that was kind wouldn’t come back to this place.

Great location, simple but good value for the area. Bedding and pillows need an upgrade ASAP.

It was loud from the a/c, traffic and hall way etc. Old and dated.

Parking in garage is very limited and very hard to get.

The hotel is in a nice beachfront location and walkable to a lot of things. The hotel itself is old, thin walls, furnitures old, resort fees and parking is expensive and very very small, amenities are almost non-existent but location is perfect. The people that works there from front desk to housekeepers are very nice and accommodating. The room we got was room 505 has a 360 views of waikiki beach, beds were ok, AC was noisy but you get used to it, safe deposit, small ref and keurig machine with coffee, cream and sugar supplies you can ask for if needed more. Their coconut shampoo, condtioner, body soap, lotion and soap are plenty and convenient for me and my husband. I didnt even use my own since it was good for my skin and hair. Beach towells, ice and filtered water are provided for you in the front desk as well as access for free movies but we've never use it. When we were in hotel, we were in balcony mostly people and beach watching.Bring your own water bottles to keep refilling it otherwise you can use the hotel's free water bottles given to you at check in. Restaurant below is good and popular. Parking is $45, limited and difficult but if you have a disability placard bring it with you. Hotel has 2 space outside their lobby that is spacy and convenient better than their small parking below. Location is what your paying for. The beach is right outside, just cross the street and has a boundary that helps with the strong waves. Very much recommended.

Location was about all I could say positive and that was really good. Staff was friendly also. Rooms were small, shower was terrible, had noisy in the wall AC unit, bedding seemed a bit questionable. Basically no amenities unless you want to borrow a DVD to watch. Wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend to friends.

Very unique hotel located in the heart of Waikiki beach. The hotel is well kept, staff is so friendly, bedding is amazing and coffee is included. Our room was ocean view so the room was over the road which is very noisy but the hotel installed sliders and when closed it’s quiet. We were able to sit on our porch and bed and people watch for hours. We had a room with 2 beds so there was little room to walk around and the bathroom/shower was small but it was worth every penny. There’s a breakfast restaurant on the first floor open until 1p and a McDonalds next door as well as several restaurants and food truck down the block. Just a few short block walk from the international market. We loved it. Parking is very limited so plan accordingly.
