非常溫馨的飯店，只是房間隔局不是很好，廚房用品也不夠可供8人住宿，但是所有杯盤有的兩個有的四個或六個就別提8個了，很是可惜。櫃檯服務態度不錯，床也很舒服！

- Unclean bathroom. - flea-like insects in the pullout couch. - The pool was closed down by the health department. - A maintenance worker walked into our room unannounced. Although he thought the room was vacant, it was still scary for my family.

My first mistake was not complaining sooner. Our first room had a torn couch with 2 different colored cushions/covers, okay whatever we can deal. The room had clearly not been cleaned adequately; long black hair inside all of the drawers of both bathrooms and all over the main bedroom floor, dust and dirt covering the vents, a THC vape was found in the 2nd bedroom dresser (we traveled with children, I know it could be worse its still not acceptable). We returned to the room after leaving for a few hours to find the AC not working. After multiple phone calls we finally reached the front desk who told us maintenance had entered our room while we were gone due to an issue with water leaking in the room below us. We would have never been informed someone entered our room if the AC hadn't stopped working, we were asked to wait a little while to see if it worked. There is no one to reach after 6pm on the weekends and had already given the room over an hour and a half to cool down thinking since it was shut off it would take a bit - it was 84 degrees and climbing. We refused, they changed our rooms. The new room was just as bad, dead bugs, dirt, old food inside canisters, hair in the drawers, dog hair all over the rugs, dust, dirt, etc. Lack of availability of other rooms is the only reason we didn't leave. We were comped one night and told nothing else could be done. This place has great potential, great location but not kept up.

Switching over to apartments, so the units used for hotel guests are not well kept. When we checked in to our 2 bedroom unit, we had one roll of toilet tissue and there was none on the dispensers. The kitchen counter was dirty. There were ants both live and dead on the floors. The dishwasher was a dirty mess. The pool had green scum on the bottom and was extremely dirty. Would not stay here again.

Pool was great and made us happy with our decision to stay here. Full kitchen was perfect for our needs. Landscaping was done very well and had pretty flowers. The room was about 80% clean- there were details missed like a few hairs/dirty qtip in drawer and dusty bedframe. With limited office hours, later swims meant no swim towels available. Overall, property needs TLC.

Our stay here was FANTASTIC. The value for price is outstanding- room was super comfortable, spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating, overall a perfect place for anyone wanting to visit greater Philly and working on a budget.

This property worked well for our large group that needed to stay in the area for a few days. The pool and landscaping were nice, but would have liked the room to be cleaner. The carpet was ripped and stained, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and old soap in the shower when we arrived. Sheets were clean and beds were comfy and we were able to get clean towels daily upon request.

I know they are transitioning to apartments and you can tell they've completly given up on maintaining the hotel rooms. The vents were filthy, the couch was stained, the rug was ripped and the drawers needed to be cleaned. A heavy smoker must have stayed in the room prior and you can tell they tried to get rid of the smell with ozone cleaner which didn't work. Also, FYI, you have to take your own towels to the front desk to exchange for new towels. If incould have checked out with an immediate full refund Inwould have went to another hotel and paid more money for something cleaner.

Great location, near grocery etc

My main complaint was that the condo was not cleaned well. There was hair in and around the bathroom sink, in the shower/tub, and bathroom floor. It wasnt just a little bit, it was excessive. The walls were dirty too, and the tile baseboard was taped together. The ouside of the front door is very dirty and looked like they had all the taped up recently There was also no remote for either tv, and only 1 small trashcan for the whole condo. Positives; good location to freeways, and food. Bed was comfortable and good pillows, felt safe.

Clean quiet conveniently located

Great space for the family to spread out during tournament weekend.

It’s a nice property with good design but badly needs painting repairs and updates on furnishings.

It was a relaxing stay and great to have seperate areas

Property badly needs renovating. All staff said property will become apartments and slowly do away with hotel rooms. Place was noisy.
