The fan in the bathroom was not working properly and no housekeeping on staff to get basic needs. Trip on the floor coming in, the whole hotel is inconvenient. Fitness center was also out of order. Front desk staff did not communicate that.

Could hear the neighbor's TV at 8:00 am. Many of the breakfast choices were gone by 8:30 am. Long walk to park when I returned from dinner.

Breakfast area was extremely crowded. Large cost for low budget hotel.

Not ADA compliant. Steep steps to check in. Handicapped ramp is actually a service ramp. No elevator. Had to navigate steps with all my luggage and mobility issues They don’t clean your room for a 4 day stay but I negotiated cleaning it myself. Employee went in room when I had Do Not Disturb sign out. Management seems to not care about level of service and this seemed to be a 2 star hotel amenity-wise. Former Red Roof Inn but licensed Windham name and charged 4 star prices for a two star experience and please do not book if you need an elevator or might prefer not to lug your luggage up stairs. Too many stairs between room and front desk and breakfast. Limitations on cleaning and ADA accessibility not disclosed on website. Claim there is a handicapped ramp and it clearly is not. Seemed to be ok for a bunch of young kids on sports teams. Staff were doing the best they could. They were kind and helpful but they are working in a difficult situation. Owners/management please hire more than one cleaning staff and disclose the limitations of the hotel especially with regard to those with mobility issues. Poor value for approximately $160/night

Sink cloged with gross hair.

There was black mold in the bathroom. We had to keep the door shut at all times fearing for our child’s health along with our own.

Pretty run down hotel. Doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Bed was comfortable but it’s not a place I would choose to stay again

Overall, we had a good experience. They did not have fresh eggs or breakfast meats for breakfast but a good variety of other options. The kids enjoyed the pool. The only complaint we had was that the bathroom vents are connected. Another room was smoking in their bathroom and all of their smoke was coming into our room. The employees were great, they switched our room within 20 minutes.

Very convenient location by I35 and reasonable price.

We were in town for a softball tournament and enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, comfortable, and a great value. After a full day of playing in terrible heat, the AC was a favorite feature. Kept the room nice and cool. We had a view of the pool, but it wasn’t loud like we thought it would be. We used to stay here when our kids were young. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Bed were super comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms were outdated but very clean. Staff was super friendly! Would stay again!

Easy from booking to checkout

Upon arrival, the front desk informed us that due to low staffing, our room would not receive regular housekeeping services (trash removal, cleaning, or sheet changes). We were advised to bring out our own trash and request towels as needed. This was understandable and not a major issue for us. However, we were concerned by the overall lack of cleanliness in the hallways and common areas. Throughout our three-night stay, we noticed crumbs, trash, and dirt that remained untouched. These spaces appeared neglected and were not cleaned at any point during our visit. While we understand that some of this may be due to inconsiderate guest behavior, we hope that staff and management can take steps to better maintain the property and ensure a more welcoming environment for all guests. On a positive note, the room itself was reasonably clean and appeared recently renovated, which we appreciated. We hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to ongoing improvements.

The property was okay, it was not that clean and there all sorts of smells on the first floor

Comfortable beds, good room, pool side, wonderful.

The noise from our neighbors the first night. Paper thin walls. Floor was slanted. The breakfast sandwiches were awful. Staff was great.

Breakfast was lackluster! More carbs than anything else!

Economical and clean option. Rooms are clean, decent breakfast, quiet, and a decent pool. Rooms are smaller and no extra amenities but it’s also a very economical option!! No elevator but worked fine for us. Pool floor could use an upgrade but the kids loved it. Overall, for what we paid it was a good option. Short staffed while we were there but the staff were quick to get us extra towels and blankets when we asked.

The sink was plugged, it was fixed. Bottom of tub has a crack. Floor was warped in front of bathroom, very difficult to open and close.
