Easy access, friendly staff

The staff are nice, they accept dogs, and there is a GREAT Italian restaurant in the plaza diagonally across the intersection. The property itself is tired- faded stained carpets, all the furniture is chipped. All the rooms smell musty. Today’s bathroom had the toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, BROWN shower water, and the sink stopper broke in the down position.

We will definitely return to this property next year.

Great service, older hotel but in good shape, pool was closed

Nice breakfast. Close to Hershey and Harrisburg.

Everything was fine until I called the front desk asking for an extra comforter and got told no. I asked why and she told me that I had to ask housekeeping who never came and knocked on my door. I told her this and she said yes they did you must have missed the knock. I let her know that I was in the room the whole time and no one knocked then she said housekeeping won’t be back today. I said whatever and hung up

We really liked how lovely the Staff were.

The level of customer service was great, the lobby was kept cleaned, and the out side the rooms were clean, The only complaints my husband and I had were the carpet’s were old and dirty and the hall ways had so much cleaner like it was covering up a smell, the base board in the halls were filthy. The wash cloths were dingy and stained. It was wonderful having coffee 24 hr but it wasn’t hot. Breakfast was good. Thank you for asking my opinion. Mrs Brandon

The outside was infested with flying insects that also crawled on the ground. The common area carpets were filthy. The most devastating issue was the small black bug that crawled on my bed pillow! It is a complete mystery to me how this hotel rated as high as it shows on Expedia website!!

super clean room and bathroom. everything worked (TV, microwave, fridge, A/C,..). safe and well lit area. thank you to the mgmt and staff!

Great for an overnight stay, right off the highway. Fast food nearby. Cons: there are signs all over about cleaning up after your pet. Why no garbage cans at doors D and E?? Also, both the sink and bathtub drains, don't. Room 145- the tub may not be empty, yet. Large rooms, very clean. Nice towels! Would overnight again.

15 minutes from Hershey Park. Clean and a good breakfast. Perfect for a 1 night stay.

The room was musty and smelled of smoke. The general condition of the hotel was worn and run down. The shower curtain rod was falling from the wall. The toilet handle was broken. The door knob was cracked. Generally in need of lots of repairs.
