We had a very pleasant stay at Baymont. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. And our room was very clean

Great place to stay for the night

No coffee in room. Very skimpy breakfast. Toilet seat loose, almost falling off. Hair blow dryer not working.

Cleanliness

the corners of the bath room and areas of tile had built up dirt. toilet not stable to floor cleaning staff very friendly but desk staff not . bad policy for breakfast hours on weekend

Beds were comfortable, room and bath were clean. The entrance/exit door was questionable bc it had a large space— I would have left if I didn’t feel secure with the locks. I had 2 granddaughters traveling w/me who were very Leary of the door.

We couldn’t use the air conditioning in our room because it was so full of dust, dirt, hair, and food particles that it sent out a plume of mildewy air that immediately gave me a headache. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean and comfortable, and the ladies working the desk were friendly-ish and efficient. Breakfast was not great, but no worse than expected.

They sit and watch you the whole time while you are getting your breakfast they don't want you to take anything / food in the room and when I was ready to check out I had to wait for someone to come to the desk almost 15 min.

Pool was in good shape room was nice..

Convenient location for a one night stay.

It was good for the price

The room was clean. The employees are nice and friendly. There was plenty of guest coffee in the lobby. The room size is small. The bathroom was small. It is probably what to expect with a lesser priced hotel. We didn't get to check out the pool. We were there to visit family so we were out most of the time. The pool closes early. We were able to get a first floor room, no elevator. The breakfast was okay, the usual for simple free breakfast. There was waffle maker sausage, eggs, biscuits, bagels, fruit, milk cereal and more.

Easy to get off and on main hwy.

Clean Staff very helpful

Pool area was beautiful but the water was FREEZING. We had 2 rooms purchased and they were across the hall from each other. One room was bigger and better. The other room was small, smelled bad and had abroken faucet in the shower. TV picture was horrible/fuzzy. The bigger room was a joining room that was unlocked! There was a neighbor that could have went into the room.
