Looks like they are trying to upgrade the rooms. The first area they should do is the hallway on first floor leading to the rooms. The carpet is very dirty looking. Good for an overnight stay while passing through.

Pros - staff was very nice, beds were clean, location was great for us, breakfast was plentiful / tasty, lobby is pleasant and welcoming Cons - hallways / stairwells are filthy, we had a punch hole in our bathroom door, we could not get cold water for the shower, walls are super thin, tons of noise from the highway for street-facing rooms.

Charged us an extra $76 and the front desk couldn’t help at all.

The hotel was dirty. The shower the bathroom running very slow.

The pictures was false advertisement. This hotel was a hole in wall should be considered a motel I don’t recommend staying here meadow was in the shower no elevator had to take stair to get to second level and the place has a smell

I bought the insurance so I would get refunded if I couldn’t make it. I called them literally two hours after booking and they did not pay me for my first night.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The whole place smelled and the room was terribly dirty. The floor was sticky and there was a greasy slick spot that we slipped on. We couldnt stay there and found another place. This place also refused to refund us due to their 24hr cancellation policy. We were only there for 5 minutes. A hotel should refund if there are unsanitary and unliveable conditions. We were absolutely mortified by the conditions of the room.

There was mold in the shower, musty smell in the hallway, there was a water leak and they turned off the water for half the day and vending machines were broken. The staff were super nice though

Great price for finding a hotel last minute. Hallways could be cleaner and water pressure was scary. Overall though the staff was very nice and it’s a good location to be around a lot of stores.

The hotel was run down with dirty carpets in the hallways and tho the room I stayed in was non smoking you could tell it had at one time been a smoking room. The armchair in the room was more than dingy, and had a cigarette burn on the seat. One of the reading lamps over the bed had wires sticking out where the lamp head should be, not clear if they were active or not. There were two beds and so I slept in the bed that was clean upon inspection, the other bed was questionable and had a stain on the white bed spread. The room was not carpeted but the floor didn’t feel clean and so I wore my socks. It was only a one night stay so I did not complain to the people working. I made the best of it and left asap in the morning. The bathroom was clean at least and I just needed a place to sleep for one night. For the price, I expected more!

The property had bugs

Unpleasant smell upon arrival as well as uneven/cracked pavement gives poor first impression. Room was about what you'd expect for the price. Need to clean more in depth - there was a leftover goldfish left on the floor and the second bed's comforter had some stains. That being said; staff was chill, didn't steal anything and had coffee so 3/5.

The room smelled, and the windows could not be opened. The bed was wet and humid. We spent $300 for two nights and asked if we could change to another room since the bed was still moist, but we were told all rooms were sold out. If the room was $70 per night, I wouldn't complain. But since it's not cheap when we booked them, it was very unpleasant stay.
