The bathroom was dirty with hair stuck to the wall.

The accommodations were so-so. Not terrible, but certainly not the best nights rest I’ve had. The sheets are extremely itchy and uncomfortable and the bed equally uncomfortable. The elevator was not working and we had someone with us who recently had surgery and has limited mobility. We were on the 4th floor, so that presented a challenge. I’d stay away from the breakfast, as I don’t think there was any “real” food available.

3 day stay nobody ever checked the room. I had to go to the pool to get towels. I WOULD stay again. Good breakfast. The guy the works the breakfast is one of the hardest workers i have even seen. If you lose hin it would take 2 to replace him.

The staff stated they would reimburse 1/2 the cost due to the room being full of dog hair, lights in bathroom did not work as they were full of water, chair had dog urine fecal matter that was poorly cleaned, chair was torn from animal. The staff was great when I told them this info. Still waiting on reimbursement.

The room was clean and comfortable and good breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, but the same every day, which was great for 3 days, but would have been boring for more days.

The guy that greeted us at the front desk seemed annoyed and when the fire alarm sounded at 3 in the morning and we all had to evacuate the building. Nobody told us what had happened or if it was safe to go back in. They acted like nothing had happened.

Ok premises, room with 2 queen beds has too small sink area, beds were firm and very comfortable, clean. Dining area crowded and too small - food was average.

Our first night was okay. We have 3 toddlers and they booked us on 2nd floor. Got a noise complaint at 8pm and front desk asked us to keep it down after 9pm. Maybe they should book people with kids on first floor if they want quiet hours at 8pm. 2nd night was better. We had a good time and great breakfast as well.

It was quick one night stay with family.

Front desk was excellent. They were very helpful during this last minute booking. Our room was what we expected. It was a busy day so the breakfast was hectic and so was the room cleaning/check out situation. Overall satisfied.
