老板娘是华人，说普通话，沟通方便。她热情地提供了我们麻将桌和麻将。单独小木屋，两个卧室，一个客厅，带厨房，一个洗手间，全家入住最方便轻松。入住快捷，服务态度非常好。建议大家自己带点吃的来厨房做，住着轻松自由。走路过去当地村庄的商业街也很舒服。这次体验很好，下次还会定这一间！

The room was very comfortable, clean and attractive. The employees /owners were very helpful. The location is very convenient.

Horrible. Manager passively aggressively texts you at all times of morning saying the maids can't handle cleaning up a little glitter. Honey, you're a maid, you clean up kid vomit and all sorts of nasty stains on beds and you're complaining to the manager who somehow has the audacity to complain to me about a little glitter? Do your freaking job and don't whine about it like a little girl. Manager is also never in office (I checked, many times) and texts you 15 times when you arrive to get your check in time to the minute because he doesn't want to hire help (too cheap) and wants to know the exact 5 minutes he'll have to be at the front desk. Bugs in room, scorpions and cockroaches. Disgusting, dated hotel. Not dated in the cute, vintage way. Manager will try to be nice and go out of your way at first if you act nice but it's all a ruse, none of it is sincere, and he wants nothing more to see you gone and never see you again. Noise is a problem too, all you hear is the main road, it's right off it, good luck getting any peace or sleep. Terrible beds. Worst motel I've stayed at in years and I travel frequently- you'll find many in third world countries that are nicer. Literally save yourself and book ANYWHERE else.

We have stayed at many places in big bear. The particular cabin we stayed at was very nice. It would be awesome if the pool was usable but we will be back for sure.

I’ll definitely be coming back. Everything you need is near by. Next time I’ll reserve for more days.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was a bit outdated and needed some maintenance. The bed wasn't too comfortable, and I found ants crawling on me while I was lying in bed. But overall, the stay was fine.

The stay was ok however the room was beyond dirty with a lot of stain and also flys everywhere in the room

The cabin was nice. You get what you pay for. It could have been a bit more clean (found some trash under the beds, some silverware not clean). But overall we were comfortable. They did try to accommodate us for an early check in which was nice. The hot tub was nice and clean also.

Very helpful when my keys got locked in the van! Room decor very dated and couldn’t open Venetian blinds, but otherwise fine. Good value.

This resort has a great location and the people working there are very hospitable. I had a very comfortable evening and slept really well. It's close to town where there's free public parking.

Was everything we needed for out of season bike park trip

property had a funky smell to it. A lot of electrical wires all over the place. Furniture was broken.

Had an awesome experience! Will definitely return!!
