Our room was great. It had everything we needed. Loved the fire place. The only bad thing was that the remodeled neighboring motel was playing music late

The ceiling in my room started leaking water and they switched my room to a room different from the one I paid for and they tried to make up for the inconvenience by offering me a free snack from their little store in the hotel

Loved seeing what they've done with the place! Beautifully redone top to bottom! The breakfast was amazing - glad we bought that option. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Our A/C made a bit of noise, but other than that the entire stay was wonderful!

Restaurant hotel was surprisingly good. Hotel was recently renovated so the rooms are nice. Pool was filled with leaves and branches and debris, not good. For some reason the elevator was never renovated so it looks really really old and worn out. They charge for on-site parking which is a little ridiculous. Also, checked into my room via Hilton app and selected my room, only to find out at actual check-ins that they moved me to a lesser room. Hotel manager didn't offer explanation. Very central location to all the wineries and downtown and the Firestone brewery. Also a mall across the street with a Target in there so it's quite convenient.

With trivago or Expedia the price is the cheapest around and by far the quality was five star will definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly enough, other than that nothing else stood out. Our room had a lot of noise from cars and occupants in the room above us. The room was lacking a few common things, the bottles of water in the room cost $3 and you need to pay a parking fee to a third party.You may also consider bringing your own soap and shampoo.

Paying rv parking when there’s no security or any other vehicles in the lot.

Didn’t like that that you must pay to park, its is an open lot. There was a constant humming noise all night in our room. 4th floor # 14

Nicely updated hotel. Great bar and dinning room.Housekeeping wonderful. Didn’t like having to pay parking with my phone. I’m 80 years old and not very good using these apps on my phone. Thankfully the young clerk at front desk assisted me and all was well. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel. Stayed 4 nights.

We had a very nice relaxing weekend we have no complaints. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Staff was very respectful and nice. Room was very clean and very spacious and very quiet.

Spitzen Hotel.

Very nice hotel cosmetically and located in a nice area. Rooms are nice but walls are thin and a bit noisy inside. Water pressure is very low so not an enjoyable shower. Not sure that the thermostat was cooling the room enough either. I would stay here again but be choosy in the rooms.

The parking fee was unnecessary also the pool was unavailable , the room wasn’t ready at the time of check in they gave us different room that I reserved.
