This hotel was nice, and the two guys working the front desk were incredibly helpful.

ホームページでリニューアルした旨拝見していましたが、建物は古く、エレベーターもガタガタするし、 星２つのホテルとは思えませんでした。わかっていましたが部屋はかなり狭く、カーテンキチンと閉まらず外から見えそうでした。毎日タオル交換してくれたのだけが救いですが、日によってはバスマットかと思うくらいゴワゴワでほつれた糸もそのままついているようなバスタオルでした。皆さんの評価が高いのが信じられません。大通りに面していてタクシーを利用するには便利だったので立地だけは満足です。

The Bellerose was definitely convenient for me .. free parking and friendly staff. It is not a fancy hotel but certainly acceptable for the price I paid. There was no food for breakfast - just vending machines. For one night and the price I would stay there again!

Great property. Would always be an option for me when visiting NYC.

I loved how quick the check in process was! Other than a small stain on the blanket, this was a great first time choice. Quiet and exactly what I needed. Will definitely be coming back again, especially since they don’t do any deposit!!

Hotel was fairly clean, parking was terrible. We had to park off grounds till there was room. The room was really updated and the doorknob in the bathroom keep falling off making it hard to get out of the bathroom, I would give it a star and a half. Not a place I would stay at again.

Average. Just an affordable bed. No breakfast. Nothing fantastic but got the job done.

The front desk was great. Room was clean. It had whatever we needed. Good stay. No problems.

I felt as if the pictures on the website was misleading. I took a smoke free room but, the room was rake with cigarettes odor.

Bedbugs, no wifi

Heater didn’t work. Room was cold

The rooms need a micowave and refrigerator

It said continental breakfast, but there was only coffee. I could have been given a better room.
