Too good to be there

There is no reliable transportation from the airport. I waited for 40 minutes with another lady and no shuttle. No good on premises. Cable is very unstable and the only response from staff was that they would comp breakfast as long as I showed up between 6 30 and 7 am. Went to bed with a bag of veggie straws and was charged an exorbitant amount of $10 for it. Ship this place

Cancelled my stay

Sorry to complain, but the entire hallway on the third floor smelled badly like spoiled fish, I think I was in room 306 in the main building of the hotel. Even the elevator smelled terrible. To be honest, the entire lobby, elevator and third floor all need to be repainted, re-carpeted. To be clear, this hotel in its current condition should not be in your network.

Didn't

The property is across the street from a mall area with a large Target store, a number of different restaurants and smaller shops. Staff very professional and friendly. Hallways were carpeted, making the rolling of suitcases a bit of a challenge, particularly for rooms located a far distance from the elevator. The room carpet was not clean with food pieces in the corners and the seam between the floor and ceiling.

The Arena is close by. Went to a concert and could walk. Room was clean

Todo muy bien para pasar una noches el precio muy adecuado . El desayuno muy bien y el traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto es muy bueno

Location

While the stay was fine. The sheets on the bed had a few off-white spots. Made us feel a but uncomfortable. Could have said something but we choose not too bc it was just one night and we slept in our clothes.

Manager at front desk was awesome and very helpful! The hotel, however, …. elevator out of service, public bathroom out of service, No safety mats in bathtub.
