No blinds on 2nd floor a street lamp shinned on my face all night. recommend spending the extra fifty bucks on a better place. hotel experience didn’t like the lamp.

Breakfast was better than average for this type of property. My first room had a puddle of water on the bathroom floor, so they switched me to a suite. The location was convenient, accessible from the main highway, but there wasn't too much nearby except a gas station and a convenience store.

The AC did not work well, room was worn and dirty, the front desk was understaffed, the hotel smelled musky, the room smelled a different musk from the hotel, the bed was like a piece of plywood, but on a positive note there were no bedbugs!

Breakfast was great with lots of different options.

Beautiful view of the mountains, but the windows had blown seals and were cloudy and you couldn’t see out.

The room I had was spacious for two people. The hot breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub was great too. This place was a bit hard to find in the dark off of I-97. There is no direct sign to show you where to go right at my GPS. It is close to a gas station and if you are into Dutch Bros they are not to far away.

Great place right on the river and close to town. Very hot while inwas there, and they had the air conditioner running before i arrived, nice touch. Staff was all super friendly.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always very nice. This time we got a third floor room which was the best yet. The beds are comfortable. The view was beautiful. The breakfast was OK. The room has coffee maker and refrigerator. The water straight from the sink is fantastic.

All good except entering from north 97 was very difficult.

We had a great stay! Didn’t come to clean our room but that’s ok. The front desk staff was very helpful

For the price this was ridiculous and breakfast service and cleanliness was terrible.

I was pleased in that, after the first day, each subsequent day our towels, washrags were replenished and the garbages emptied. Something that has been missing since COVID!

GREAT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. DAVID AND SAMANTHA AT FRONT DESK WERE EXTREMELY WARM, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. SOMETIMES A DECISION OF WHETHER OR NOT TO STAY AT A HOTEL AGAIN COMES FROM HOW WELL THE GUEST IS WELCOMED AT FIRST CHECK-IN. DAVID AND SAMANTHA WERE BOTH FANTASTIC. AND FOR THAT REASON I WILL BE RETURNING TO YOUR BEND OREGON HOTEL!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!
