換了三間房間 有點老舊

Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und die U-Bahnanbindung sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der viele Stoff an den Fenstern und rund ums Bett sind altmodisch und unhygienisch. Trotzdem: Es wurde tadellos geputzt, weswegen wir uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

The first room we were given was not cleaned. The bed was not even made. They gave us a different room which seemed clean enough. The rooms are small, and the hotel itself is pretty run down. I paid half the price for a hotel on LI and that one was way nicer. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was a bit run down. The room was fine but the carpet is in need of a shampoo - it was dirty and a little damp. The shower pressure was nonexistent and the shower gel dispenser was empty. The hotel didn’t offer coffee unless it was 7am and didnt have a coffee pot in the room.

property was very clean. our only gripe was with the TV. there was no way to access streaming networks through the interface they provided.

Other than the smell of Fabuloso, everything was just fine.

Clean and quiet

My 1st time staying in the area. It was very clean, and pleasant!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Even with staff help, could not watch local TV, but that was OK, I was able to watch some things, but not adjust the volume. The microwave was unplugged and I decided not to deal with it. Breakfast was acceptable; they could get some half-and-half. But the staff was nice, and when I asked them to check out at 11:15 instead of 11:00 because I had a tele-health visit, they said they'd do that without additional charge. I parked by my sister's on Fort Hamilton Parkway where my car didn't have to be moved until Thursday; all parking near the hotel needed one's car to be moved at 8:30 a.m. on either Monday or Tuesday.

Average property. Good location for where we were going

We love to stay here when we visit. It’s walking distance to our family and friends. Great location.

The property itself was not very clean. Elevator looks like it has never been vacuumed. Bed and pillows was comfy. The area around offered some nice restaurants on 3rd ave. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was awful. Only reason for 3 stars was because of places to walk and go to around the area. Felt fairly safe.

We really liked the hotel, it was clean, the rooms were cleaned every day, there was a good quick breakfast, the hotel was near the metro and that was important for us.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price.

It was the worse hotel that I've been in. Very dirty room, hallway and elevator. The room smelled so bad. The cleaning staff came the second day and eventually left dirty towels and used the same sheets. They did not clean the desk or the bathroom. I talked to the front desk and the guy said that he will have the manager calling me but the manager didn't. I was referred by the teacher that i was taking her class so I was telling her and other students heard me and said the same thing. The teacher said that she will definitely take them off her list. I pretty much was miserable the whole time and disgusted. I feel that they should contact me and giving me my money back. I will never recommend the hotel to anyone. Hotel is exactly where I needed to be to see family and friends. Train is close by which is great. Restaurants very near which was perfect for my family
