excellent！

Breakfast at hotel was good many choices. Lot of vacant businesses around only close food choices for restaurants in the area were fast foods McDonalds Wendy's and gas station

Everything was okay, only issue we have was when I asked the receptionist for 12pm checkout, because we checked in late around 11pm, and he declined with an attitude.

The only caution I would share is to be aware of surroundings when in the parking lot. The hotel was well appointed, quiet and room was spacious and clean.

Breakfast needs to be improved, it’s below average. The carpet in the room feels dirty, but the sheets, bathroom and the furniture were clean. The front desk was responsive and quick, we needed a few more pillow and they brought it in 5min. It was a good stay overall.

This place is a dump. There was no hot water and the staff was unaplogetic. Tried to follow up with e manager. They never answer the phone. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

Would like to have more vegetarian options for breakfast

Stayed for business trip for work at the convention center - by car it was a super quick ride which was convenient, but the rooms were a bit damp and dated, and some things like curtains wouldn’t close. Breakfast was limited but very good options, the fresh fruit and yogurt were the highlights and the breakfast meats and eggs were also delicious !

I appreciated the room. Clean, nice temp, calming. Received fresh towels and soaps for second night. Staff was warm and kind.

This place has real potential. The property has a mold mildew type of smell. The carpet in the room was wet. They had a wristband situation for the pool but a lot of people without. I watched staff kick someone out who had a whole bottle near the pool and then not enforce it. Pool water was dirty and did not smell treated. I had a first floor room with curtains that couldn’t close.we had to park our car in front our window for some privacy since it was facing the parking lot. The room has lights on the outside which were illuminating my room all night. Take out the mold carpets, invest in some proper window treatments, clean your pool!!

Property was ok, huge potholes in parking lot and the overall appearance of property could have been better. Rooms were nothing special- but functional.

Great stay for an overnight, slightly dated rooms but nothing noteworthy

This was an interesting stay for a family of 4, with two kids under 10. The property could use a significant refresh. The rooms were quiet but musty. Several outlets werent working, and the bathroom lights had some sort of eco bulbs in them that flashed every time they turned on. Suite

In the afternoon of the 2nd day of our stay, we came back from a competition and found out there is no hot water in our room. I called the front desk and was told the boiler just broke and there might not be hot water until the next day or even two days later. I asked how I could take a shower. They told me they didn't know. I asked if the showers by the pool worked and they again they told me they didn't know but didn't offer to find out. They did not offer my any solutions. So I went downstairs to check the shower by the pool and it had not hot water either. So I went to the front desk to ask if other rooms had hot water. They said they didn't know and would not find out. I asked why. They said because if they let me use another room with hot water, it would be considered dirty and they would not allow that. So I asked what the solution would be. The staff member again said they didn't know. One of them said it was beyond his "jurisdiction" to give me a discount. I said I had not got that far yet. I just needed to take a shower. "I am your guest. Is it too much to ask for a shower?" I found the staff member more interested in talking back to me than finding a solution, which is disappointing. Eventually I called a teammate who told me their room had hot water. So there were rooms with hot water and this was not an unsolvable problem. This really made me feel this hotel's staff failed at solving guest problems intentionally. Hence I would give 0 star if I could.

The hotel & room were fine but it took quite a long time for the room’s ac to cool the room down. I overheard another couple complaining about the AC as well. The breakfast was just ok. The other Best Western in Berlin had a better breakfast based on prior experiences at the Berlin BW (waffle option, better eggs, better sausage & better bacon). Overall a positive experience & a good value. The cost of the Berlin BW room was slightly more which was the reason I chose the Hartford BW.

Hotel was pretty clean but pool was cloudy.
