卫生好差，床单上有血迹没有换，前台服务好，做卫生的服务员一敲门就进来，速度太快了，还没来得及回答就进来搞卫生。住宿条件一般

Great place to stay,very clean

Clean room.

Air conditioner did not work in the room. They offered to move my room, but it was upstairs and a double bed, I requested the first floor and a king room. Oh, and there’s no elevator and my daughter is handicap. So yeah, it was not happy with this visit. And I think they knew that air conditioner wasn’t working because apparently it was the only room left which I find hard to believe.

No elevator, poor breakfast. Good location, comfortable beds.

Convenient to downtown Frederick and in a quiet residential area. Bathroom was super small - but beds were very comfortable and all staff very friendly and helpful

Not clean enough

If you turned the shower on hot it made a loud screeching sound and the air conditioning unit didn’t make our room much cooler what so ever hard to sleep. Nice pool

We really like the location, since it is on our route for our vacation. Place is also very clean, and the staff is friendly and professional.

Basic hotel that is a few minutes drive from downtown Frederick. The hotel could use a facelift, as it is a little dated, but has a large amount of rooms. The room was a bit dark with limited lighting — my only critique. The breakfast was fairly good with a number of options in the small dining room. It should be noted that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator to the second floor.

This place is a dump. The parking lot had guys sitting outside drinking in between cars. The exterior of the hotel is run down and dirty. No elevator so we had to carry our heavy luggage from a two week road trip upstairs. The bathroom was disgusting and had hair in the tub, the shelves and tub floor were dirty and there was mold all over the ceiling. The floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. The carpet in the room itself had us wearing socks the entire stay. The sink outside the bathroom was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in months. The TV didn’t work. The only saving grace was the beds were comfortable. I can’t believe best western put their name on this one. What a disappointment.

It was clean and staff was super helpful

I liked the friendly staff, updated finishes in the room, and the convenient location close to shops, food, etc. Some of the lighting in the room was not working.

Everything very good

Hotel was a bit run down & not very clean (greasy door knobs) ac didn’t seem to work right, shower made horrible squealing noise. Bathroom was extremely small. It was alright for a one night stay. People that worked there were nice & it was in a nice, quiet part of town close to the historic part/shops.

The room smelled of smoke, the shower was not clean, the breakfast sausage was cold.
