DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible experience overall. I had a room booked for the most expensive option, the King Suite. I was expecting a comfortable stay however the room i was given was next to some mechanical room of some sort that was extremely loud. Sleep was impossible with such disturbing noise. When i requested to change my room to another, i was told that this was the only King Suite in the whole building. I then decided to change to a cheaper standard room however i was still charged for the price of the King Suite. I stayed over 10 nights meaning that i overpaid over $300 for the duration of my stay for a worse room than expected. Additionally when i inquired about room service/cleaning they told me it would be and extra $25/day for housekeeping. This is completely unreasonable and i feel as though i was being scammed. I will be requesting a refund. I would give this place a zero star rating if possible however unfortunately one star is as low as it goes.

We enjoyed the room, beds, staff and the breakfast. It was very hot in the room and the thermostat on the wall wouldn’t lower the temperature under 76 degrees. The laundry dryer was extremely loud and unbalanced. It was deafening to be in the laundry room and I am so grateful our room wasn’t on that floor because you could hear it all the way down the hall. It took 2 hours per load to dry and the clothes were still damp so I folded them up. The hot tub was also closed.

My biggest complaint is that the EV charging was expensive. The main reason I chose this hotel was access to EV charging. They have plenty of chargers, but they wanted .60 kWh– which a Tesla Supercharger down the road is faster and is only .45 kWh. I should be able to plug in over night and charge for free or a minimal fee. Parking was also not free, which is frustrating. Finally, we had a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate the hotel. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but it still happened. I will say that the breakfast was pretty good.

I’ve stayed here several times while visiting family in the past few years. Overall, it’s hard to beat. It’s the same price as most other comparable hotels in the area but they include a nice breakfast. They recently upped their parking charge which used to be free to $14 a night, which is still cheaper than most other places as well. The room is nice, just don’t expect the latest modeling in the bathroom. But it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. I do hear people above me walking so I’m not sure how much insulation there is between rooms but this is also pretty common in this price range. The only negative was a fire alarm went off at 10 o’clock at night and everyone had to evacuate. The fire department came . It apparently was a false alarm or someone smoking in their room, but better to be warned than to be sorry. I’m not holding this against the hotel. I’d stay here again.

Reasonable price

The hotel was fine. My room was clean, but didn't feel fresh. There were odd smells throughout the hotel including my room smelling of cleaning chemicals.

It was a good room the best was Ed at the front desk he was really nice, polite and friendly very helpful.

After decades of world travel, first time ever asked for a fee ($25) to check in before standard time of 4pm. I fully understand the sequence of room cleanings, and the obvious reality of some rooms becoming available before others. We booked 2 rooms; flight arrived @ 1pm. We only needed 1 of the rooms to drop off luggage and change clothes. Not acceptable to face a fee to have this most basic of hotel service. And the $9 daily parking fee!? On top of the rates for 2 rooms and 3 nights? Don’t do this.

A nice place to stay. The rooms are updated and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again.

Very closed to the airport and freeway. Breakfast was really good. Room is nice and clean but the bathtub is a bit old.

Super clean property, safe area, right across the golf course and good easy walk to coyote point recreational center
