The Guy at the front desk was awesome!!!

Hotel was rather clean, tub did clog easily plenty of water/water pressure. Slightly leaking hand wash faucet, ac was good and cold, basic cable channels, beds not as comfortable on the thinner side compared to others ive been to and thin walls if you have neighborz not to bad but noticeable

The surrounding area is not what you’d picture. Its literally in front of the highway. From the moment I walked in the room it smelled odd and musty. The bathroom had strong odor of pee, the toilet seat was broken or lose when you sit it would slide to the side, the bathtub and sink were clogged (which they came and fixed). It was dusty and looked like they wiped with the dust around and left the dust still stuck on everything. The wall AC said filter needed replacement and the AC vents of the wall unit were very moldy and dirty. One of the nights my husband got up to go to the bathroom and a roach crawled out from under the bed. The bathroom wall had mold and parts of the doors and walls had paint chipping off. Felt like i was itchy sleeping there. Would not go back go any of their locations.

There was cops in the morning looking for someone! Pictures on the app of the hotel are nothing like the hotel in person! Rooms are outdated, very old looking

The rooms smelled damp, the shower in our room broke and they didn't fix it, nor did they give us a difference, we had a bad experience.

I like the place but the staff is very bad the mostly are very upset . The front guy was looking for me to get me out the room because we 5 min to 11:00 very bad. But I was waiting the guy at front desk

Weren’t very friendly when we checked in. When we checked out didn’t ask us how are stay was. Breakfast wasn’t very good. When making the waffles they didn’t have spray butter so everything was sticking and was hard to get out.

Very clean. Awesome pool area. Definitely will return to this hotel.

The area was quiet. However, I was given a blanket with holes in it as well as dirty towels. There were also cockroaches in the room.

Near lackland airbase, the reason to be in San Antonio was my daughter graduation. Poor cleaning in rooms. Bath towels in really bad conditions

Loved our stay here definitely will be booking again. Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Front desk staff helped us with everything the place was quiet definitely a nice place for a family no worries about crime or anything I loved it plus they have a great breakfast buffet in the morning.

Rooms were clean, personnel polite. The breakfast was very good. The pool could have been cleaner.

It was a horrible experience the room abouve stomped their feet all night long kept my whole family up all night long complained to the front desk but even the next day it kept happening we had to up and leave at 9 pm at night and go find another hotel would truly like our money back
