There should be clarity upon checkin as it pertains to maid service for room. Room wasnt cleaned and had to request new towels. Guests using regular towels for pool which caused towel shortage for showers. Room was only cleaned once in 3 days and amenities were not replaced. Information should be shared upon checkin for guests so expectations are set. Should also have separate towels for pool vs. rooms.

We don’t usually stay in a pet friendly hotel but there was no pet odor in our room and only heard dog barking if we were in the hallway- not in our room.

Family loved the pool. Easy to get to location. Staff wasn't very friendly. Exterior is older but our room looked like it was recently renovated. Room was good except a/c blew out room temp air and it was a hot day. As night went on, a/c blew out even warmer air. Asked for fan and they sounded annoyed with request. Never got a fan or a phome call that they didnt have one. Told front desk about the a/c when we checked out and they didnt seem too interested. If a/c worked properly, would have given 4 stars.

Everything was good.

Was hard to find staff at the front desk when needed. The front desk attendant was often away from the desk with confidential paperwork left right out on the desk available for anyone to take. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable but the noise barrier between room left much to be desired. Breakfast was good and the pool looked nice.

The overall experience of the hotel was good. The hotel could use a little updating with dingy carpets in the halls and the doors looked like cheap closet doors. The rooms are update and very clean. The outdoor and indoor pools make the hotel worth the price.

You cannot check in before 4pm. A long lineup when it is 4pm for check in. wifi is terrible, could not connect. Not towels in swimming pool Lack of staff.

Quick check in. However, when we got to the room there was no water in the sink, in the shower or in the toilet. I called, and was told that the water need to use toilets and showers by the pool. I had to wait 20 minutes to just use the bathroom. Nothing was resolved by the next morning.

The check in staff were rude. I was taken aback because we travel a lot and have interacted with hotel staff frequently and this was the rudest hotel staff ever with the exception of the cleaning staff. She was very nice. We only know this because they checked us in and gave us room keys to a room that was still being cleaned. The hotel was loud and noisy and other than the cleaning staff, the room condition and the pools, this was a definite never again.

Great stay as usual!! Pet friendly andb Family friendly. Great Hostess and great staff! Nice jacuzzi and indoor pool. Breakfast included. Everything our family was looking for!!

I found ladies hair on the scramble egg I selected.

I would give negative ranking if possible! Terrible awful hotel - worst Best Western hotel. The front seat staff was callous, rude and irresponsible. The flush in our room was faulty and despite complaints nothing was done about it. There weren’t enough towels in the room for our party of four and the front desk/housekeeping conveniently told us that all towels were in the laundry and they couldn’t do anything about it. We hit 1 towel in the evening, after having waited for 29 minutes at the front desk. The breakfast room is depressingly small and cluttered and the breakfast itself is pathetic! Our stay was for two nights with breakfast, but we chose to go out and paid for breakfast elsewhere!

OUR STAY WAS HORRIBLE. When we first entered our room, the bed sheets and blankets were stained. On top of this, there were stains in the shower and a used earplug on the ground. There seems to have been little to almost no cleaning done before we came in with bottle caps on the ground as well. While room service was said to come once a day, this was not true. Room service did not come and when we called the front desk they said room service was no longer possible for that day. We were left with barely any amenities left. The front desk said that room service would come the next day at 7 am, and as expected NO ONE SHOWED UP. In fact, in our entire stay room service did not show up even once. Overall, highly DONT recommend. I promise you there are better places nearby and you will regret staying here.

This is the only hotel. I had to wait exactly for 4 Pm to check in. i would never book again. i had booked 2 rooms one was okay and the other smelled like cigarettes. they told me no availability and attempted to check me out. They had no AC in the new room. i would never come back. luckily i just needed one might to stay.
