The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.

And affordable

We loved the free breakfast and how clean it is. Having multiple indoor outdoor pool/ hot tub was great. With a nice view on the 5th floor of the mountains.

Near all the shops everything was in walking distance

It was family friendly and in a great location. It just that the property is a lot older and run down than what the pictures look like. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We were amazed at the room size and cleanliness of the property. Property is well kept. Breakfast was very good.

The property is obviously an older hotel, but they have renovated it and tried to keep it updated. We chose it for the three pools, and they were not a disappointment; I do wish the indoor pool had a truly heated hot tub, which it was obviously designed for, as this would have made it perfect. Breakfast had nice options, and a pleasant environment. Staff was efficient but not necessarily friendly.

We enjoyed the stay in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was great. Maybe started to get a tad dated, but was clean and comfortable. Had a balcony room. There are multiple pools which are all nice. Breakfast was also quite nice. No issues would stay here again. Lots to do in the area. There just before Jeep invasion and this was a perfect spot to stay if you're a jeep owner.
