Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Mel's diner had great food.

The only thing was the electricity went out and I didn’t get my carousel ride or mini golf.

We weren’t offered a welcome gift! It was a good stay!!

Not enough elevator locations. Te amusement center was closed well before posted closing time. The only open restaurant.( Mel’s ) only had food to go. But when we went to pick-up our food it was closed. When I got my food it was horrible. I ordered three eggs only got two and no toast. When I got my third egg and toast, the toast was drenched in butter. I literally wrung out the excess butter. Obviously the cook was upset that I wanted the food that I paid too much for. I ordered cornbeef hash with hash browns and got cubed maybe corn beef with homestyle potatoes.. greasy as the toast. Definitely the worst breakfast and possibly the worst meal I have ever attempted to ingest. I ate maybe half of it and walked away feeling disgusted and regretting every bite. The bathroom floor under the basin was filthy. Coffee maker was missing parts. Best Western was worst anywhere. Staff is not happy and clearly not trying. Signs of poor management AGAIN/STILL!! Never again

Lots of construction going on. Our original rooms TV did not work until approximately 11 pm the 2nd night. I had to call front desk several times and got the excuse that the previous shift did not relay the message on the 2nd day I was basically hung up on and transferred to a voice mail. They did finally move us to a suite that was beautiful until I got in the jacuzzi tub which when I turned it on a bunch of black mold came out. Food was decent at Mel’s diner but that was pretty much the only semi affordable option. Casino staff was amazing and friendly. The check in staff were not very customer oriented until we met Matt the 2nd day and he was great!

Room cleaning didn’t occur unless requested. Black mold in shower. Otherwise, service was good. Rooms are old.

Very pleasing large hotel. Fun and relaxed atmosphere. Great dining options on site - Steakhouse really lovely but not open every day, Original Mel's Diner perfect for that all-American experience and great coffee and friendly service at Peet's. My room was very nice, modern and spacious, but others and the lifts were in the process of bring refurbished. The casino was proving popular. I recommend this place warmly.

Very clean

Front desk interaction was curt. Room did not have towels for a second guest! There was a surprise additional charge (resort fee) to pay. It appears that the room was recently renovated. Bed, furnitures, etc., appeared new.

It wasn't clear enough to me that I would be charged with an additional $24 resort fee that was not included in my orbitz purchase so that wasn't a fun surprise.

Older and outdated but we knew that going in. The pool was warm which made the kids happy. The staff at the Fun Center was so kind! The kids loved the arcade, mini golf and carousel. Lots to do with kiddos!

Check in with Debbie at the front desk is always so easy. She's the best. !

It was quiet even though our room looks out directly to the pool area. Even though really no one was at pool. Would have been upset if it was noisy.
