Best Western Plus Executive Hotel & Suites

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the outdoor fenced in courtyard! If you have pets that travel with you, this is the place to stay. Only encountered one rude person and he was always mopping in the lobby.

The ac in room did not work well and made loud noises during the night. The staff was great and breakfast was good.

Only problem, no soap in bathroom and bathroom door wouldn't shut.

Comfortable beds, and they have an early breakfast for men who have to go to work at 6. Breakfast starts at 5:30. Perfect for nights I have to work late and stay close to the job.

Couldn’t help but notice where housekeeping is available every 3 days! Our bed sheets were dirty, as in dirty from not being changed after last guest. The bottom sheet had a “foul” smell and body hair on it. The top edge of the comforter POSITIVELY reeked the smell of body odor. I pulled the sheets and comforter off of the bed, called front desk to please send up clean linens. The worker did bring me a set of sheets and another comforter. When she picked up the dirty bundle of linens there was absolutely no way for her to not have smelled the body odor from that comforter. The stay was not pleasant after this incident. I could have blasted this on social media, instead, I chose to fill out the survey. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed to your housekeeping dept. Definitely not a pleasant stay. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was delicious! Thank you for great stay!

Nice staff

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy reservations, easy stay.

Pet friendly, even gave us a goodie bag for our dog. We did not hear hall noise even though baseball teams were on the same floor. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a two night stay the check in was fast and friendly. It was a nice a clean hotel of what we got to see. On day two we had to check out early for our stay due to husbands emergency because of his dialysis.

Location is very convenient. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Desk staff had a sign up saying they’d be gone for 20 minutes when we needed sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. No signal at all with Verizon and the WiFi barely had a signal in our room that was all the way down the hall.
