Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Waren hier voor één overnachting omdat we op doorreis waren. Prima kamer en het ontbijt was ook goed. Alleen jammer van al dat plastic. Kregen plastic bordjes en plastic bestek en plastic bekers.

Nice location and quiet. Great two day stay.

I had some car issues so had to extend my stay indefinitely. Michael and Demi were so kind to me and Cassandra was also very nice. The people who clean the rooms were very considerate of my specific needs. The hotel was very clean and everyone had a smile and said hello. My brother lives in Gainsville and there is no other place I’d stay.

There was a bed bug

The staff was amazing and hotel was nice and clean. Some guest were pretty loud in the hallways after 11:30pm, but the room was quiet…overall it was a great stay.

This location was perfect for us. Easy on and off the highway. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The air smelled fresh but the scent in the lobby trigered my allergies. May I suggest you tone it down?

Everything was excellent. The bed was a bit uncomfortable....but not a problem. We're use to our sleep number bed.

Rooms very nice. Beds comfortable. Building going on right next door so plan on being up early.

Very helpful staff and clean

We had a terrible night’s sleep! There was some kind of alarm bell that woke us up. I could hear it in the hallway. I initially thought it could be a fire alarm, but my husband said it wasn’t loud enough for it to be that. It finally stopped after 15 minutes. At around 5:30-6 we heard the clock alarm from the common door room next to us. We had to call the front desk to go to the room. We were told the alarm was going off while guest was in bathroom and he couldn’t hear it??? Obviously, not enough noise buffering!! We won’t be back.

Property was clean and convenient to food options. Easy check in and beds and pillows were clean and comfortable.
