The room and the whole hotel were so clean. Plus we didn’t have to wait in line to check in. The front desk girls were knowledgeable. The pool towels were clean and in good shape. The bathroom in our room was very spacious.

I called the property early and the staff told me that the hot tub was working properly when I got there. The hot tub was not working properly. It was no hot water so it was a couple degrees higher than a regular swimming pool and I mainly wanted the hot tub
My room is right by the exit doors and the hall. I could hear everybody walking up and down the hallway closing and entering throughout the doors so from 6 o’clock in the morning until we checked out, it was a constant hearing people go by the room, shutting their doors and everything and I probably would never stay there again
