It was close access to CA 22 and not far from Long Beach airport. Closed to the asian shopping center.

We stayed at this hotel to have easy access to UCI Medical Center, which the property delivered, at about 1/2 mile away. It is close to freeways and the outlet mall, so location was excellent. It is located amongst a couple office buildings, so in and out and parking was very easy. For a family, our suite was quite large with a separate living area/kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave). The decor was decent and everything was clean. The free breakfast was a selling point; wasn’t great but had hot items and was typical for a hotel like this. Also, parking charges were low ($5) compared to most others in the area. Overall, an excellent value.

餐廳廚房區門內是機房(不應讓客戶能輕易開啟，感到不安）地板略為單薄，床又緊鄰走道，門外有人走動都會被影響，再加上房間氣味略為明顯。以上是缺點，優點是房間大，照明充足，交通方便附近outlet不錯

The body wash is empty…. The conditioner is also empty，It was noisy outside in the morning，The room was very small and looked old，When I asked to change the room, she said that I had already entered the room and could not change….

I think and I am sure that I did not get the room I booked for. In the picture when I was doing the reservation it had double doors and was different than the other room that was available. And they gave me the room that did not have the double doors like it did in the picture because in the picture it made it look like it had a balcony. And it was more than the other room. Also, there was a time that I requested towels and toilet paper and they did not come and leave it or they would take long to come and leave it.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the hotel. The rooms were a bit outdated and weren’t as clean as I like. I stayed 4 nights and to get room service had to call for it 24 hrs in advance. The front desk people were friendly and helpful which was a plus.

Pool had a lot of bugs floating in it. Our room wasn’t clean (underwear under one of our bed). We had to ask for extra toilet paper, towels, and blanket because our room wasn’t initially stocked.
The staff were very friendly though and breakfast was awesome.

It is not what looks on Expedia app. Its completely different, Expedia must ask them for real outside picture of hotel. It's not hotel , it's motel so the picture is completely different on Expedia app. Room service you have to tell them to clean and make beds and they always forget to bring new towels.every day. Front desk is great service and very very nice people. Disneyland is 15 minutes drive
