因自己找錯飯店到了飯店才發現, 但飯店人員很客氣的幫忙處理退費, 不會因是個人問題就不理會客人, 態度非常良好在美國實在難得.

Old but ok Making a good effort

It was a nice place to stay

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the night clerk went above and beyond to get our television working. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. We got down there at 0835 and there was next to nothing. There was done restocking done after we arrived to give us something. Overall, good folks, comfortable beds, and very clean rooms.

Pros - very clean place and amenities were top notch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons- water pressure was not very high and there were no hand trails to grab in the shower.

Great new hotel in the area. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Arkansas City

They were very polite and the front desk was so helpful. We used the workout room and it was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

We love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times when we are in the area but this time was disappointed when we checked in and were told there were no rooms with a shower only, no tub, which is what we booked. My wife has joint replacements of both hips and 1 knee and stepping into a tub is difficult, and dangerous for her. The walk-in shower is the main reason we stay here.

It is always ckean and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. The parking is so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was easy. Room was spacious

To start with, the room TV wouldn't change channels. Although the staff came promptly to try and fix it, their solution didn't last long, and we ended up with only one station for the night. The bathroom had a unpleasant sour smell as if it had been mopped with a dirty mop, and both toilet paper rolls were nearly out of paper. While the room was comfortable, the carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly, and loose dirt was near the bed. Additionally, it would have been nice to have some USB ports available. This room was designated as a handicapped room, and we were not offered any alternative options. We have stayed at this property before, and this experience was disappointing. Im a retired Marriott associate from my experience they need to pay more attention to details. However, the staff were very courteous and attentive.

Clean

Everything was clean and all except the sink stopper was working properly. Breakfast was plentiful tho not especially tasty but, in all fairness, am not a breakfast person. Overall, very pleasant stay.

It is safe, comfortable, clean, and I always have a great stay.

It served as a place for us to stay for a wedding.
