It is really close to the subway station. And the room is not bad. The only problem maybe the elevator, it is too slow.

Unprofessional staff, poor hotel hygiene and outdated facilities.

房間空間夠大，有停車場不過要付費，早餐簡單但可以，離地鐵站也近。

CP值非常高的一家飯店！晚班櫃檯的女姓服務員非常的熱心，離地鐵站非常近，走路不到1分鐘，搭地鐵兩站就到曼哈頓，住宿環境非常乾淨，床也很好睡，房務也非常客氣，未來有機會再去紐約會再次入住～☺️

早餐還不錯位置離地鐵很近

CP值高，停車早餐不用加錢，有24HR mini bar 離Subway 很近, 附近也有超市.

離地鐵站近，很方便！入住時一位黑人女性櫃檯很親切的對我們微笑，雖然她並不是幫我們辦理入住，這點很加分！入住五晚，遇到一位客房服務人員跟她工作的車在電梯裡，只要移動一下她的車我明明就可以進去，但她要我坐下一部電梯，這讓我感覺不是很好

It's a great hotel with nice breakfast, high speed internet, comfortable beds. However, the area the hotel located is not so fine. There is no a better restaurant and supermarket near the hotel. By the way, there is no a self-laundry in the hotel and it takes about 5 mins walks for laundry outside.

Breakfast is good, it's better if it have more space. The staff are very helpful.

Breakfast not included and the limited menu was crazy expensive.

Due a issue with property they change us to a better hotel near to empire state. It was awesome

Für den Preis und für mich war das Hotel vollkommen in Ordnung. Beim Frühstück wird viel mit Einwegmaterial gearbeitet, was mich etwas gestört hat. Bei der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern gab es die Möglichkeit anzuzeigen, dass sie nicht täglich gewaschen werden, wurde sie leider trotzdem. Umweltfreundlichkeit lag somit etwas auf der Strecke. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren hingegen genial.

Let me start with how amazing the ladies were at check in. The lady with the braids that has the gold twine woven in was so kind and helpful even going outside in the freezing cold to see if I was parked in an okay spot to not get towed. Then getting me into a space on property. They are really close to the F train which got us wherever we needed to go. The room was clean and functional (what more do you need) and the price was perfectly reasonable. The breakfast was good (it was little cut sausage link things (looked like mini kielbasa or something of that nature) instead of the standard continental patties).
