Best Western Plus Universal Inn

飯店有年紀了，但是除此之外，都還不錯。店員很好，check out 之後可以免費寄放行李。有到環球影城的接駁車，可是去回只有各1班，班次比起其他飯店來說少。飯店的位置走到環球影城CityWalk大概要25分鐘。

Das Hotel bemüht sich sehr einen Standard zu erreichen, jedoch sind viele Arbeiten zu machen. Ich kam in mein Zimmer und die Dusche tropfte von der oberen Brause und aus dem unteren Wasserhahn plus der Wasserhahn beim Lavabo tropftw auch. Das sind einfach Dinge, die sollten behoben sein bevor win Gast kommt. Das Zummer an sich war gross und das Bett bequem und es war leise. Das Frühstück war solala. Es gab Kaffe , Orangensaft und Wasser mit Geschmack, Rührei, Würste, Toast oder Bagel, Pancakes, Muffins und je nach Tag 1 Sorte Obst oder 2. Das Geschirr war Styroporteller und Plastikbesteck. Ich finde das Besteck könnte auf Mehrweg umgestellt werden damit nicht soviel Abfall ensteht. Ich war in dem Hotel da ich zu den Universalstudios ging und hatte zu Fuss ca 20-25min. Die Gegend ist sicher auch für eine Frau, welche alleine unterwegs ist. Es gab auch einen Shuttle um 7:55, aber leider ging der Shuttle schon um 17:30 wieder zurück ins Hotel und der Park hat bis 21:00/22:00 offen.

My family and I needed a one night stay before catching our flight. The front desk staff were very polite. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Well it's not spotless, but clean enough. Staff are polite, but service is ok. Free basic breakfast in the morning. Parking is free, about 25min walk to universal studios. Uber ride is around 6buck(non busy hour). Few nice restaurants nearby and a Walgreens.

Everyone’s keys stopped working half way through our stay and instead of simply replacing or apologizing for the inconvenience, we were all lectured about where we must have placed our cards in our pockets or wallets (the place you would put a hotel key)… it was very awkward.

Great location with ease to Universal parks, places to eat and highway access, property feels run down a bit, free breakfast was less to be desired and items at the breakfast set up ran out quickly

Hotel was in a very decent location. Minutes from universal studios entrance. Room was clean with no issues. Staff very friendly and breakfast was decent good.
