Staff at the hotel were great, and the room was large, quiet, and clean. I won't be staying at this or other Best Western Premiers again, however, because they don't value guest privacy. There was a robot at the front door taking photos of everyone coming and going, for "security." Honestly, it just felt creepy.

Reasonably priced stay and close to PDX

Nice place to stay.

The hotel was good. I had limited interaction with staff, but when I did, they were helpful and kind. We did have a dog with us, so we stayed in a dog room. However, the carpet in the room was not very clean and did not appear to have been previously vacuumed. I wondered if that was because it was a dog room, not a big deal, but would prefer it to still have been cleaner.

Everything was really nice and the price was excellent.

This hotel has a great location near transportation, dining options and 10min away from almost anything. If you travel with pets it is perfect since it is per friendly. Lots of green areas outside to walk with your pet. Hotel is clean, lots of parking and staff is very friendly. They even have a robo-security that is strolling the property for safety. Rooms are big.

Only negative was our AC fan had one speed even on high, other than that everything and everyone at this property were amazing!

Good location, friendly and accomdating staff switched us to a different room when the room we checked into had issues, one being the air conditioning was not working. Nice made to order breakfast was very good.

Beautiful luxurious hotel. Friendly staff and a robot security. Although stayed for the night, I enjoyed the place. Area is close to everything

Great all around

I loved the cool Security Robot out front. I'd never seen one in the Wild!

At first I was going to leave a terrible review only because the staff person I dealt with was not accommodating, given my circumstances. I literally flew in Sat afternoon and was heading out Sunday for a day event. I simply needed a place to rest my head from 12am-10am. Check in was great, cleaning staff was friendly. But my A/C did not function and I woke up at 3am drenched, as it was a rare 100+ degree day in Washington. I was up every hour, uncomfortable, but I didn’t want to get dressed and pack up to move rooms. Nor have someone randomly come into the room at that hour to poke around. I decided to deal with it, get as much rest as I could, then give the hotel a chance to remedy the situation in the morning. Had I been staying more nights, absolutely I would have moved rooms. The first gal I spoke to was not at all understanding. She clearly didn’t believe me. However, their maintenance guy admitted the breaker was off for my room’s AC unit. So she begrudgingly offered me a $25 credit on a $260 room I was barely in. The rest of the staff I spoke to the next two days were very kind and understanding. They could see the back & forth, that I was not lying about the situation. I anticipated a 50% credit back but they agreed to waive the whole thing. Because of that extra kindness, I’ll reconsider staying here again in the future when I’m in town.

Nice staff, clean and good location

The hallways smelled like marijuana and like cigarettes. The pool was dirty, very dirty and the hot tub was very, very dirty. That gets people sick.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Would stay again if in the area.

They don't have a free continental breakfast

Everything was wonderful....comfortable bed, big room, excellent service. We were only there for one night so didn't use the pool or fitness room but both looked to be outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Super clean and inviting.

Raised sink stylish, but not practical. Hard to use. Kind of in the way.
