the day before I arrived I called and spoke with Peggy. I asked pretty please for a room with a view. It turned out that she also checked me in the next day. after some time clicking the keyboard, she gave me a rom on the 37th floor (out of 38). This came with a larger bathroom than the usual room, a point that was especially appreciated by my wife.
I again found Pegy at the desk and thanked her for going above and beyond and realizing it is unusual, I left a tip for her in appreciation of making our trip even more memorable. Thank you, Peggy. You made our stay!

Room was great. Concierge was helpful.
The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify).
Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed.
A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.

I liked the look of the property. I liked how bikeable the area was. It would be nice if they had a bathrobe and slippers. All in all I liked my experience there.
