The rooms were clean and I love the Casino area…

Small rooms, blinds would not stay open rooms was very dark, flat and hard pillows. Bed super low to the floor.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s very nice, but not luxury. The pool and gym are small. And there’s no security swipe on the elevator. Meaning anyone can go to any floor. But it’s cleanliness, location, and friendly staff make it a worthwhile stay in Las Vegas!

Laid Back Market Street Cafe

Shower head needs to be changed. Water pressure is average at best. Only thing was great was checking in at 8:30 for an extra $22 in the morning 😊

Food was subpar at the 2nd floor Hawaiian restaurant, been there many times before and was good, this time terrible. Room was way too small, felt like we were in a small camper trailer. There was blood on a pillow and sheet. We left after the first night of a three night reservation and was not refunded a cent. We’ve been going there for years, not any more

First of all let me start out by saying the room was very small you could barely fit a child in that bathroom and not only that the AC wasn't working right and if you look at the vent for the AC unit by the main window it was completely clogged you can see all that dirt and filth in there like it's never been blown out I'm an HVAC guy so what harmful stuff am I breathing in overall that room was maybe a one or two unsatisfied

We’re only staying one night so not having a view doesn’t matter. The room is small but the price is right. It’s only a block away from Fremont Street and that’s a show in its self.

Excellent service, friendly staff, property is clean, and premises are within walking distance to other entertainment and food options.

Great local hotel

The room was very small with no full bathroom. The toilet butts up to the shower and has minimal room. The fan in bathroom didn’t work well. The room smelled bad like musty mildew. It was dirty. There was stuff on the doors and walls. They didnt have good sound proofing because the room was loud. No blackout curtains, just wood blinds that don’t keep the sun out very well in the morning. No fitted sheet on the bed, just a regular sheet tucked in that didn’t even cover the whole bed.

The casino is just to smokey for me wish they could find a better way to get rid of some of the smoke

A convenient hotel when visiting Las Vegas, very popular with Hawaiian tourists.

The minute you walk out of the room, you can smell cigarette smoke. Terrible. Air conditioner was rattling, warm and very loud on our first stay there. We asked front desk person to have maintenance guy take a look at it. Seems still loud but colder.

Felt at home

I liked the quietness and how close it was to Freemont street. Parking and checking in was easy. What I didn't like is upon leaving which was a couple hours past my checkout time, I had to pay an additional $40.00 to for parking. What a rip off! Think I'll stay at Hotel Cortez next time, free parking!
