Staff pleasant, great set up in room, on premises bar with happy hour fun surprise

Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. They should do away with the high beds in handicap rooms. Kelli on the front desk was fantastic!

Staff was extremely nice. Easy location to find. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Super clean, liked room set up - spacious, nice bathroom counter (plenty of room), very comfortable bed.

My only complaint is that I wish the restaurant had earlier hours. It would be great to have a lunch/brunch option on the weekends.

The lobby area and room appear to be recently upgrade and both were awesome. Pool area was kinda blah. Definitely recommend this property. More gluten free options would be nice.

This hotel cost a lot for where it was located. It overlooks a bank and there is no view. Getting back into Charleston was a nightmare. Traffic was so heavy it took over an hour to drive 5 miles.

The second day stay I called the front desk to ask for an extra glass as house keeping, or so I thought, only had left one. (My bad, unknowingly I had left it on my beside table.) The woman at the front desk when asked for an extra glass, very put out, replied, “We only provide two glasses per room, how many do you need?” I responded that I’d like two, but if that was a problem, one would be fine. A few minutes later she shows up at the door, glass in hand, and hands it to me. I thanked her and shut the door. The glass, not matching the one in the room, was filthy. Dirty finger prints and smudges all over it. I took it into the bathroom and washed it out with the hand soap. It was rude service that was so unnecessary, not to mention leaving a bad taste in my mouth. A bad experience, all because of a simple request for a glass. There’s a first time for everything. It will be my last. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area to stay.
