Unique inn in the middle of town, near the butte which made for great walking paths, short hiking and great views. The inn itself was built in 1893 and is charming!!! Rooms in the main house and carriage house. We returned again a few days later!! We love the room in the back of the carriage house! “Alfred room”. Cozy, great bed!! Large bathroom, spacious. Very quiet!!! Felt like home with extra charm.

Second time at this adorable property. I requested a room with a jetted tub because I enjoyed the one in my previous room. Again, the breakfast was amazing! I'm trying to find another reason to visit Eugene just so I can stay at the Inn again!

I had never stayed in a Bed and breakfast and this did not disappoint. The room was cozy, the staff was helpful and kind! The food was amazing. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and close to everything! My only disappointment was no visit from the rumored house ghost lol!

Excellent location, beautiful setting. Clean and comfortable with a superb breakfast. Glass of wine, cookies & coffee available.
Only downside was the train but the location close to restaurants & Fifth Street Market offset the horn at night.

Great location! Plenty of on-site parking and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the nearby outlook. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay there again.
