Nice hotel in a small Nevada town

Best hotel in Winnemucca. We always stay here on our way to Idaho.

No one at desk when we arrived. Had to wait quite a while before staff member arrived. She didn’t greet us - no welcome, no smile. ROOM - the photos on Hotels.com must be outdated. Did not well represent our room. Lots of disrepair was present. We were in a room that can house four people, but there was only one kitchen chair and one office chair for eating. Kitchen - cabinets wouldn’t shut. Dishes left in dishwasher. Popcorn kernels left on counter. Bathroom - cupboard face not clean. Shelves looked ancient. Turned on shower and it made lots of noise that awakens others. Shower mat towel damp - hopefully damp from bathtub being cleaned the day before and not from previous guest use. This place needs a lot of TLC!

For as much as it cost for a room it wasn’t worth the money. The furniture was worn down,the floor had a huge wet spot and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a board.

Place was ok. Didnt realize they allow pets so had allergies in my room from cat hair.

very convenient for traveling with Pets however, the toilet was disgusting disgustingly dirty. The beds were OK, but not too comfortable.

Quick night on a road trip

Nice to have kitchen facilities even for a short stay. The property is showing its age. The shower definitely needed to be serviced or upgraded.

Our rooms were very nice! Front desk service was also very good. My only disappointment was that they offer no breakfast other than some fruit and coffee.

Asked for a ground floor room close to an exit as we travel with a dog. Called to confirm this twice. Upon check in waited over 10 minutes in line to get checked in then to find out we were on the second floor not near an exit. Room was clean but bathroom was a bit dirty. Parking was terrible as there were barely any spots.

This by far was the best room and accommodations in our entire 19 day trip. Best Hotel ever.

The hotel was good, but the town ... only for an overnight stop off on the way to somewhere else.

Newer hotel. Quiet and clean. Very friendly staff.

The first room smelled like smoke, they did accommodate me and give me another room. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The nicest place in Winnemucca, but it was loud and the rooms need refreshing. Not clean.

Close to fairgrounds

Stayed here on the way across the state. Easy in and out, clean, room for the whole family.

Overall clean and comfortable. A little noisy during certain hours both inside and outside. The elevator was not working at times which was a little inconvenient but would stay again.
