Best stay! Loved the property. My only con was the water pressure was a little low.

Nice hotel—not much to do around the area but it’s close to the train station

Very well located, walking distance to Art Museum, CTA trains around the corner, clean and big rooms. Receptionists seemed to be very stressed and overchallenged. Very small breakfast choice. Overall a very good and recommendable hotel for a weekend trip.

The property is very nice and the rooms are very clean and updated. My biggest complaint is that there is no parking options. You are forced to park in a public lot down the street. Not ideal when you are checking in late. Also, front desk representative made a mistake and gave me the keys to an already occupied room.

Rooms were small but clean and well-appointed. Location was convenient to multiple transit options. Recommend the stay. Difficult to find someone at the front desk if you needed them.

Good property with a great checkin. Later the bartenders were OK. I wish they served breakfast earlier for early birds.

Right next to Willis tower, easy walk from Union station. Beautiful rooms with big windows, just add breakfast to all stays and I'd say it's a killer deal. It is anyways really but we can have high hopes.
