My husband was bited by something maybe bug, itchy for several days.

The hotel is very new and the facilities are very modern. The service staff are very enthusiastic!

We'd stayed here a few years ago, but the renovation still feels brand new. We had our dog along and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There's a bunch of nice dining choices walkable, but for a "hotel" restaurant", the restaurant IN the lobby looked great too. Highly recommend.

The restaurant was adequate. Food was good. The downside to the bar is they have a frame television that will not turn on due to upper management rule of no television at the bar. There was an NFL game on when we were eating dinner and we were all there for a football game for college and would’ve been nice to be able to watch Some football at the bar!

The bathroom was tiny. The shower door leaked which they did not fix even though we complained twice. I had asked for joining room as had booked 2 rooms which they did not provide.

I had a problem with flooding the bathroom in the accessible shower. Apart from that it was a nice place to stay.

Location is great, public parking garage is about a block away from hotel, very limited parking in front of hotel for loading or check-in. Air contioning in room wasn't working and didn't get fixed during our stay - no notification or apologies from staff, which was very disappointing. I expexted better from a hotel at this price level.

Really enjoyed our 3 days here. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is right in the area you want to be in Ithaca. Literally walk 50 feet to the corner and there are tons of restaurants with outdoor seating, shops and all that you need walking distance. From the lobby to the rooms, this hotel is very nice, almost elegant. The woman who checked us in was bubbly and helpful. The room was gorgeous. Super clean, modern, the beds were comfy, big tvs, large shower, great bathroom lighting, and our view was super nice. We didn't eat there but there is a dining area in the lobby. It's open so you walk through it and around it at times when coming and going. The only bummer is there is no parking so you park at a garage down and across the street. Pretty close but I've never had the elevator work for me. Street parking is an option. We stayed just one night and loved it. The location is prime and the price is fair for how nice a place it is.

This is our favorite place to stay in Ithaca. Great location and the rooms are wonderful!

Seemed a bit pricey for area.

The Canopy was great. Close to the Commons, rooms were very nice as was the facility and the staff was super helpful.

The room and bathroom were tiny, like European city centre hotels.
