Great place to stay in the Carson Valley area. Staff is wonderful, casino on site. No noise in the rooms, very quiet and comfortable accommodations. Will be back.

Very quiet, clean, away from all foot traffic. Everything is so good, coffee shop, bakery, cafe etc. Very convenient for literally everything and close to the hot springs. I slept so good. Will absolutely come again!!

Very clean, nice pool and hot tub. Good snack options. Dining room was a bit of a disappointment. Slow service, just basic dining options. Gardnerville area has no entertainment options

Loved the upgraded rooms.

A very clean and quiet hotel. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathroom is large and equipped with wonderful lighting. The room is spacious too.

From the start the valet Mike was very courteous and quick. We entered, gave him my reservation number and CC and he handed me the room key. The only downside was a slight smell, kind of what you get from being in your grandma's house. People are allowed to smoke in certain areas within the Inn so I'm sure that was it. The bed was clean and the bathroom was also clean. We took a walk around the property and were pleased to find a trail path that took us along some wetlands. I haven't smelled flowers so much in my life. The air smelled amazing and the day was perfect. I am considering coming back in December when it's covered in snow.

Check in wasn’t the friendliest, but everything else was great.

Everything was great except the beds, unfortunately uncomfortable.

We had a beautiful stay. We were doing a big hike the day of arrival, and then enjoyed a wonderful dinner at JT Basque. Yum! So we were only in the room basically to sleep and get up early for the hike on Sunday! But everything went well. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

I enjoy everything about this property. From the rooms to the service to the amenities. It's an all-around pleasure to stay here and will do so in the future when I visit family.

Everything I could need or want within my reach

Our room was like being in a dungeon, very dark and partially underground. Staff were not super friendly, except for the person who greets you at the entrance. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the waitress/waitor worked very hard.

We really liked our room and it was nice to have the steakhouse on site and everyone was very friendly and we felt very comfortable

Great place to stay. Katie’s restaurant was very good.

Always love the stay!

The jacuzzi hasn’t been fixed for the last year but the staff was great. I wish the tv had access to Netflix, youtube or another streaming service.

The staff at CVI are always fantastic
