Lovely place

Pools are really nice,beach was great.Grounds are very nice.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata deludente. Avevo prenotato mesi prima una stanza doppia letti queen con vista sull’oceano e spazio esterno (lanai) per i miei ultimi 2 giorni di viaggio di nozze ma purtroppo al mio arrivo mi comunicano che non è disponibile e quindi posso avere una stanza vista retro hotel finestra sigillata. Oltre il danno la beffa perchè mi propongono 500$ di credito in hotel per la differenza di prezzo. Chiaramente ho rifiutato. Ho chiesto il rimborso. Mi propongono offerti dei drink al bar. Alla fine del soggiorno li ho pagati. Il giorno dopo il mio arrivo mi fanno trovare una bottiglia di prosecco in camera forse per scusarsi o forse per il matrimonio da bere con finestra chiusa vista tetti arruginiti. Chiaramente non l’ho bevuta. Provo a fare una chiamata internazionale e non è consentito. La struttura in generale è gradevole ma sopravvalutata. Avrebbe bisogno di molta manutenzione. La colazione buona. Il mare durante il mio soggiorno era impraticabile…

We reserved a king with ocean view. When we arrive to the property they informed us the rooms are not available due to remodeling. The hotel should have reached out prior to our arrival and informed us. I selected the room to celebrate my girlfriend birthday. The room we were placed was facing street side and a dumpster. They did issue a credit but after seeing room I should have requested additional credits. The room furniture was damaged. The shower would leak out to the floor. We had to place a towel from the inside of the shower door to minimize the amount of water that would leak out. For the price I was expecting more from the property. The grounds are very nice. Food was average but pricy.

Very nice property. Staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The property was well maintained.

This property was one of the nicest I saw on the island. Technically wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to.

Overall, it was okay, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floor felt dirty, and the location was not what I paid for.

We had a wonderful stay. Resort is quite nice. King studio ocean front was well worth the money. Wished the sargassum wasnt so bad but that's mother nature. Pools were excellent. Restaurant and food was exceptional. Definitely pricey but its key west. Gym was just so-so. Room keeping was minimal but good. Would definitely recommend.

Our room was not available at the time of check in, and we only got it at 5:30 PM. Everything is in need of repairs. Shower door bar was loose, shower pressure was very weak. Restaurant food is bad and overpriced.

Private beach was great

Our stay there was suburb. The property and pool were beautifully manicured and maintained. The staff was attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast several times during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The recent stay at the hotel presented several areas for improvement. While the location was desirable, the guest experience was negatively impacted by several factors. Specifically, the resort fees were not adequately explained upon check-in, and subsequent charges to the room lacked clear justification during check-out. The hotel's age was evident, and the thin walls resulted in disturbances. Furthermore, the parking fee of $50 and the transportation cost of $59 per person were considered excessive, especially given the absence of complimentary shuttle services. The unsupervised children's pool raised safety concerns, and the high cost of food and beverages further detracted from the overall value. Ultimately, the inability to clarify room charges left the guest dissatisfied.i would love a call back from someone

Malheureusement notre chambre n’était pas plus disponible pour raisons techniques Une chambre simple avec lit d’appoint nous a proposé mais la qualité du couchage n’était pas au rendez-vous, dommage pour le lit d’appoint ! Une remarque aussi sur la transparence des tips ou pourboire ou coût des services, elle pourrait être plus claire ! Nous avons pris du room service et nous avons été obligé de payer 18% obligatoires de « Gratuity » plus un % de 7$ pour le dépôt en chambre. Je ne suis pas contre le paiement des services mais un supplément de 30% sur le prix final est vraiment exagéré Dommage

Schöne Unterkunft, aber etwas überbewertet. Frühstück sehr sehr gut und lecker, Tauben waren etwas lästig.

Not sure if we visited in the wrong time but the beach was unusable. Water in the beach was very dirty and smelly (nothing like what is shown on their pictures). We mainly visit Florida for their clearwater beaches but here we were forced to use pools which were average and got pretty crowded, considering that all guests had to use them since they cannot use the beach. Be ready to pay $50/night valet parking if you drive there. There are no other options. Breakfast and hotel architecture were exceptional though.
