Wonderful hidden gem! The place is quiet, it has parking, very clean, and I was able to check in early. My communications were attended to promptly and professionally.

I didn’t stay there I booked for a friend. They were very happy and the staff was very easy to deal with.

Hotel ótimo e bem localizado, perfeito tanto para compras quanto para aproveitar a praia. Os quartos são equipados com tudo que você precisa para economizar com refeições: geladeira, fogão e micro-ondas. Se você é brasileiro e veio focado em compras, este é um excelente lugar para se hospedar. Na avenida principal, atrás do hotel, passa o ônibus 72, que leva direto até a entrada do Sawgrass Mall. Além disso, o hotel fica a poucos minutos do Coral Ridge Mall, onde estão algumas das lojas mais procuradas pelos brasileiros, como Ross, TJ Maxx, Target e Marshalls. A grande vantagem do Coral Ridge Mall é que, diferente do Sawgrass, ele não recebe tanto fluxo de turistas. Isso significa que é muito mais fácil encontrar produtos de marcas populares como Levi’s, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger e Michael Kors — muitas vezes por preços ainda melhores do que nas próprias lojas do Sawgrass. Vale muito a pena fazer uma visita ao Coral Ridge antes de ir ao Sawgrass. Ainda pela avenida principal, com o mesmo ônibus 72, você pode conhecer alguns dos melhores brechós da região, como o Goodwill e o Think Thrift Store. Reserve algumas horas para explorá-los e garimpar ótimas oportunidades.

The electric in our room went out and they did upgrade us to a better room. They need someone who can respond quicker to an emergency.

Highly recommend this place

I was a little worried upon arrival as the place is quite old and looks like a 50’s era motel. We chose this as it was walkable to the Mai-Kai where we had dinner reservations. Worry not! This is a safe quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to the beach as well. The rooms are tiny, but clean and comfortable @ the ac keeps the room perfectly comfortable. There are 3 buildings with one across the street from the other 2 and that’s where the pool is. The pool is nice & quiet as well. For the price it’s spot on value for money 😊

My wife is disabled and frequently housebound. We needed an escape from those four walls, and this was perfect. After check-in, no one bothered us. At all. We extended an extra night... it was awesome.. we will be back. Often.

Sweet property near everything at an extremely reasonable price the proprietors were great. Would definitely come back.

Amazing staff

The cottage design and patios lent a relaxed atmosphere. The pool and deck with chaises was very clean and had a few floats. A Target and CVS and other stores as well as a coffee bistro were within 2 blocks walking distance within the neighborhood. The queen bed was quite comfy and there are room ACs and TVs in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen was complete with silverware, cookware, coffee maker, etc. Parking is free and easily accessible. The only negative was that the property’s WiFi could not be accessed in the suite.

I booked for only one night because I was traveling through the area. I wouldn't book like for a long vacation because it seems like it's best for low budget travelers or truckers, etc.

Not enough

Awesome little place. Don't expect big chain hotel equivalent. But thats what I liked about it. Okd fashioned but moderned enough. Thenpool area is very home vibe. Will for sure make this a normal spot.
