We've stayed on the island many times and this was by far our favorite place we've stayed. Dog friendly, large well decorated hotel rooms, a pool, great staff and very reliable shuttle. We will be back.

Loved it, clean rooms, dining in site was spectacular and the staff was amazing.

We stayed for 5 nights, our room was not cleaned once. We left the sign on the door every day for service please. Twice they came at 5:30pm while we were showering after the beach. The other three times they came in and gave us fresh towels. Only twice did they empty the trash. We never got clean sheets, the bathroom was never cleaned, not vacuuming. After 5 days at the beach it was filthy. I heard other guests complain at the front desk and they were told if anything was left around the room or on the bed they wouldn’t clean!!! Uh what?! The property was nice enough and quiet, the restaurant was good and the shuttle was relatively easy.

The staff were wonderful and made our stay even better.

Great hotel for the price. Good food and drink, super for families with nice pool and outdoor games. Only downfall is it is up a steep hill on the outskirts of town, and the shuttle only seats 5.

The property is up the hill and away from the busy downtown. They provide a shuttle to and from town and the shuttle staff are great. If you golf, you are walking distance from the golf course. The have a pool. The food at their on-site restaurant is delicious. Everyone at the property is friendly and there to help.

Bathroom was nice and so was the beds. Definitely worth a quick stay

Beautiful, resort landscaping, mostly the staff and their shuttle drivers. They were fabulous!!!

Wonderful place with spacious clean rooms. Beautiful balcony view.

Unfortunately since we missed the boat we did not see this hotel. We attempted to contact both Expedia and the hotel to see if we could get a partial refund or change the date, however, neither company was able to accommodate us. Travel insurance if there was a next time but now we’re just not interested in visiting Catalina.

Great stay except for the thin walls. Hard to sleep with what sounded like people jumping/hammering above us until 1am. Other than that, very clean and great friendly service at the front desk.

I loved everything about it! you got a free shuttle to take you to town and back, there’s a restaurant AND gym! i loved my stay and will be back :)

Nice property but little far from the downtown.

Hotel and room experience were great! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room cleanliness and appearance was nice and appealing. Love that it provides a shuttle to the two popular spots. Even the drivers were really helpful and friendly. 15 minute walk to the plaza area, which is like your downtown area. Easier to walk to the plaza than it is to come back due to it being up hill! Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
