No elevator, but staffs are very friendly and can help with the luggages (free). The rooms are randomly assigned. Rooms near the street are still a bit noisy.

The property was very quaint and nostalgic. Easy access to the subway and many walkable restaurants. Pet friendly to cats. Love our time even if the parking was horrible.

Nicely decorated even if a bit quirky

Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. Fantastic location, easy to get around. Very clean, fun, Hollywood star themed rooms.

Atmosphere is ok but no opportunity to have a small breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Note that there is no elevator on the property though.

I asked for a microwave and freezer and did not get either. They said it was available on their website.

We really loved the Chelsea Pines Inn. We were on the 5th floor-no elevator- and that was fine. A good work out. The pack patio was a nice place to hang on warm summer evenings. The AC in the room works great and is not too loud. It's obviously less expensive than The Ritz, so don't go there expecting The Ritz. the staff were all SUPER nice. Some of the language on their website comes off a little off-putting, but nobody there treats you that way. We would stay there again, for sure.

Bed was comfortable and private- great food options at Chelsea Market

I did not like the four story walk-up. The backyard patio was great for relaxing. All of Chelsea and West Village are steps away. Great choice.
