The service at the hotel is amazing from valet parking, front desk, restaurant, to the cleaners. The hotel does need to improve maintenance. Only 1 elevator working, no temperature control knob on refrigerator, bathroom needs a door that closes, & also a vent in bathroom.

The breakfast buffet was awful. I’m talking about the taste of the scrambled eggs, the greasy, fatty bacon, the vegetable/potato mix tasted real bad. The fruit was okay.

Windows facing the river need to be desperately cleaned! Showed probably needs refreshing and entrance to the hotel via the elevators is king of creepy, especially when there’s no one around!

I forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Don’t understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth.

This our 2nd stayed, We like the hotel, Convenient to walk the bridge to Cincinnati attractions.

Great river view and we could see the 7 bridges from our room My only complaint is the complimentary breakfast was $20 a person. For the cost of the room, I feel it should have been free. Other than that, loved it and I would definitely come back. Plenty of places to walk to and Cincinnati Oh is across the bridge!

It was very relaxing the room had a balcony to it so it was nice to sit out on the balcony and look across the river into Cincinnati Ohio

Great location to Cincinnati! The back drop of the city was beautiful. Beautiful hotel. The town of Covington was cute and quaint. Discovered a free taxi service that took us to the baseball game and picked us up. Only downfall was the sink pipe coming loose, not knowing it and wondering what the heck the smell was coming from the bathroom. Didn’t notice the problem until water was leaking from under the sink. Definitely would stay at the hotel again when we plan to visit Cincinnati again.

Beautiful location with views of the Ohio River. Close proximity to attractions at Newport on the Levee.

Room amazing with balcony on the Ohio river. Could see Cincinnati's downtown skyline. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Front desk and Valet staff were very friendly. Went to Newport on the Levee for dinner which was a great area !

Close to suspension bridge to walk across river. Would like more info for what is close by

I loved the hotel

The room, location and All Staff where excellent our only Ding is no working bath room vent...so regardless of who took a shower the bathroom was a sauna even with a luke warm shower
