Super nice little room. Cool atmosphere. The room controls are a big bonus. I wish I could connect HDMI to the TV though.

I loved the location. Michigan Ave is literally around the corner. It’s super close to everything.

When we first arrived we were not sure how the experience would be, as this is not your typical hotel. In the end, the staff was great, the hotel was very clean, some of the features in the room were very unique, and we had a great time being close to everything in downtown Chicago. Our room was small, but quite adequate for a one to two night stay.

It was very cozy , clean and convenient to a lot of The attractions.

My stay was wonderful

If bed had been a tad bit softer would have been 5 stars. But 9 full hours of sleep, quiet, and comfort was excellent. Shower was amazing. Highly recommend.

The rooms are made for solo travel so they’re a bit small but perfect. They were so intentional about the lobby “living room” it was so cool to spend time down there and enjoy the space. The view from my room was great and it’s so close to Michigan Ave.

Such a beautiful hotel, very clean and very modern. Beds are alittle stuff but loved how everything was controlled by the ipad. Smaller rooms but more minimalist style

Fantastic hotel to stay the location was perfect Look at the different type of room they have I selected the small room because I was a solo traveler . I will stay here again and will look other citizen hotels.

The Location is perfect to many dining and tourist areas.
