Clarion Pointe Mount Vernon - Burlington

Please explain to me why I still have two $50 holds that are now processed on my credit card for two nights staying there two weeks ago. I would like to give a good review after you've refunded the money stolen from me.

It was fine, the pool was broken during our stay, the service was friendly the room was clean and updated.

The motel has been completely renovated recently. Everything is new and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. My only critique would be that the breakfast, which is advertised as "hot" isn't really a hot breakfast, unless toasted bagels counts as a hot breakfast. Otherwise, the place was great for the price and convenient to Mount Vernon.

This was one of the cleanest hotels and close to everything. The staff were accommodating and it was quiet for the most part. It is close to the train and you could hear it now and again. I would highly recommend.

Great room great service but walls are to thin you can here everything from the room next door..

The bed was super comfy, very clean, close to shopping, only complaint was neighbors were loud, but all in all was the best experience I've had in awhile. Customer service was excellent. Will be the only place i stay from now on

It was clean and quite very comfortable room, the breakfast was well layed out and accommodating overall good experience.

Newly updated room with modern decor, lots of charging stations and lighting. The bed linens were super soft! Comfortable bed and great pillows too. Our room was on the back side away from the highway and was very quiet.

This Motel is completely remodeled. Even the parking lot is new. I will definitely stay here on my next work trip.

This was a fine place to stay overnight while my wife and I were in town for an interstate adoption.

Clean rooms, close to restaurants, great price compared to other hotels in the area

The location of the hotel is awesome. Restaurants and stores EVERYWHERE and they have everything you need. If you have a rental vehicle and need gas, there’s a gas station right across the street. As for the hotel itself, it was decent. The first room we were given had ants by the small patio door and it didn’t look clean. However, we just let the staff know and we got a better room. The stay was quiet and quite nice. The breakfast could use a bit of work as there was only carb options such as bread, cereal, and waffles. Aside from that, we had an amazing time! The staff is super nice!

From the outside the building is not that attractive, however, the room was perfect. Updated/renovated room, very clean and quiet.

Short but sweet! Had a great rest, the front desk and breakfast ladies were lovely! Would recommend and stay there again.
