I'd stay again. Pros: Price, location, mostly clean, free breakfast, 4 pillows on each bed, comfy bed Cons: Had to get a bar of soap and a 4th towel from the front desk, one of the blankets had a stain, breakfast was very minimal, but they idid have a waffle maker

Bad breakfast.

Went to two different rooms. Both had dog hair everywhere. First one had overwhelming smell of poop. Second room had a dirty toilet. Lobby was dirty as well. Shady characters in the parking lot and hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Horrible customer service. My room was not ready until almost 7pm. Overall worst place to stay.

Quick stop before driving through the Smokey Mountains.

The TV kept cutting in and out. The room smelled like a wet dog. Everytime we went to front desk there was a sign up that said back in 10 minutes.

Staff was generally not friendly

TV went in and out. Had a room near back stairwell on 2nd floor. Several utility contractors were staying and all smoked outside the stairwell. So, each time they came in and out a new smoke cloud would come in. Even with our room door closed the smell would come in.

Clean and convenient to everything I wanted to do.

The hotel was nice enough however they appear to be understaffed. Also, the rooms had adjoining doors which would be convenient for kids adjoining a parent's room. However, we had some rather noisy neighbors and they were loud late at night and loud early in the morning. The connecting door did a poor job of dulling their sounds. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the shower was clean and had good water strength.

Very clean. Bed and pillows are comfy. Breakfast is only continental but enough to hold you over until lunch. The only negative is that pets are alllowed in the eating area.

Great hotel

This was our 8th time staying at this property thru the years because it is pet friendly and we like it. This time it was not a good experience. The smell of pot wreaked on our hallway for the whole 3 days we were there. The auto door closer is broken on 2nd floor exit door and we heard the door slam all hours of the night and morning. The public bathroom was not cleaned the whole time we were there. The lobby area was clean and the pool was great. I'm sorry but I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Great location off hwy. Clean. Comfy beds and bedding. Hot water. Free breakfast. Easy check ins. Good customer service.

nice place

It was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff and clients seemed strange. No protein offered for breakfast. Just bread and sugar.
